ACCOMMODATION: 12 Fullarton courtyard has an entry hall accessible from inside the courtyard and a rear entrance conveniently close to a daily use parking space. The ground floor has a large comfortable lounge with Sky TV (inc Sport) and WiFi, and a sofa bed for any extra guests, a well appointed all electric kitchen and a dining room seating eight. The first floor has two large bedrooms both with twin beds and one with an en-suite. The other has access to a bathroom with turbo bath/shower and drying cupboard. Cot and highchair available. A patio and furniture are available for outdoor eating. There is extensive off-street parking. The property was rebuilt in the 70s based on original Adam stonework coach houses and servants quarters, dating back to the 1790s. The cottage itself is located 1.5 miles from the centre of Troon and its wide array of bars, restaurants and unique boutiques. With beautiful sandy beaches that overlook the Isle of Arran, more adventurous visitors can try their hand at windsurfing or kitesurfing, or visit one of Scotland's leading sailing centres, Troon Yacht Haven, which is situated on the Marina. A golfer's paradise, Troon is home to the Championship links course; Royal Troon, alongside a further 5 courses, including 3 excellent public courses. Access to the A77 is convenient and Glasgow City Centre is just a 45 minute drive away or 40 minutes away by train from Troon station. This is a great place for a week's stay or even a few days in an idyllic restful atmosphere. Booking Terms 25% deposit is required to secure the dates with the balance due 8 weeks prior to arrival. Where a booking is made within 8 weeks of arrival then full payment will be required at the time of booking. We accept most forms of payment including bank transfer; all major credit cards and UK issued debit cards. Rental is inclusive of linen and towels, as well as utilities (gas and electricity). Fair usage policy applies. All breakages are chargeable. Click Book Stay has the right to charge a fully refundable security deposit. Cancellation Policy Once a booking deposit has been paid and the booking confirmed in writing, the Tenant is liable for the whole amount of the rent for the period booked. Any cancellations must be made in writing and acknowledged by us. If notice of cancellation is given more than 8 weeks before your arrival date, 25% of the total tariff is non-refundable If notice of cancellation is given with less than 8 weeks of your arrival date, the full amount is payable. Holiday / Cancellation Insurance. Once booked, the Tenant is liable for the complete Property rental costs. As such, it is strongly recommended that the Tenant take out suitable holiday/cancellation insurance to cover costs incurred by unexpected holiday cancellation. Booking Protect, which is a cancellation policy, is offered as an option at the time of booking via the Click Book Stay website. This cottage is the perfect place if your want peace and quiet! Located on the outskirts of Troon with great walking paths and easy access to Troon and; short driving distance to Ayr, Prestwick and Irvine. Plenty of space with two bathrooms and proper Sky...More
