A nice self catering flat with sufficient space for four people. We enjoyed our stay and had a wonderful week during the Scotish 6 Days Orienteering. Washing and drying our clothes was very conveniant.

Beautiful seaside apartment
We've just come back from a few days at Stotfield court and we didn't want to leave!
Paul and his family were very helpful and friendly. We arrived to be shown around the flat and were welcomed with Prosecco, milk and biscuits.
Everything you'd need to be comfortable was there and more. Tea, coffee, washing liquid and so on. The beds were like sleeping on a comfy marshmallow, a little short for my Husband of 6ft 5 but he made it work. The bathroom is beautifully decorated and throughout the apartment there is a discreet seaside theme.
The flat is spotless, the kitchen has any and all utensils needed.
Despite it being in a block of 4 flats it was lovely and quiet. The flat is on the ground floor and in the bedroom with the single beds you have a view across the beach.
A gate in the car park takes you to a path to the beach, we used it lots! The private parking is ideal, parking in the local village around hotels can be challenging so we were very grateful for this!
A couple of tips if you're staying, if you like your bath hot pop a kettle of boiling water in. But the temperature is perfect for children. The washing machine spinner is quite noisy but leave the door open and it's grand!
I dearly hope we get the opportunity to stay at Stotfield again. Paul and his family are wonderful hosts and the location is ideal. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend staying here.

AMAZING RELAXING BEAUTIFUL HOLIDAY ACCOMODATIONS
Would recommend to many people. Although we traveled all the way from manchester it was well worth it. i think it was the best accomodation we've been to. Everything was clean, modern and very comfortable, from the facilities ( which actually had a good working shower- unlike many other places we've been ), to the chairs and couches which were both extremely comfortable, the beds and the kitchen, everything was amazing .Not to forget is the spectacular view with the fresh breeze from the garden with the path from the back leading straight to lossiemouths beautiful beach. not to forget the warm welcome from paul- the host- who is very friendly and showed us around and was available when needed, unlike the strict rules of others ,paul is relaxed and told us the benefits of what we could do instead of what we cant, very much appreciated. (small tip is to maybe see what could be done about the dryer being better although its really a luxury and everything was more luxurious than anything we've been to in the past but maybe it will add to make even more luxurious!) AMAZING!! THANKS SO MUCH!

Home from home comforts.
This was our second stay. Excellent quality, comfortable flat in pristine condition. The flat has all the home comforts in a great location close to the beach and golf course, yet also a peaceful location. Highly recommended.

Perfect location for us. The apartment was spotless. Every thing you could want in a kitchen, plus hairdryer. Towels also plentiful. The owner was super friendly and on hand incase we needed anything. Would definitely recommend.

Stay at 7 Stotfield Court, Lossiemouth
We had a fantastic stay in Stotfield Court, gorgeous flat with everything we needed, and some extras too! So clean and presented beautifully. A great play park at the back of the property and a lovely walk along the to beach, so our kids were delighted. Paul was so friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back and would highly recommend to anyone visiting Lossiemouth.

Immaculate Apartment
Just back from a week's stay at Stotfield Court. The apartment is immaculate, modern, comfortable and had all the amenities needed. The owner showed us round the apartment when we arrived and was very welcoming and helpful. Location is great and is central to Lossiemouth's various restaurants etc. We would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment and will be staying again sometime in the future.

Perfect stay
This is our second stay at The Waterfront Apartment and it’s perfect. The location is fantastic, 5 mins walk to the west beach in a lovely quiet area of Lossiemouth. It’s immaculately clean with great luxury beds and bedding. It has absolutely everything you need and the finish is top quality with a lovely bathroom and kitchen. There is private parking and a secure door entry system to get into the block. We will be back again next year!

Modern, spotless and convenient for local coast.
Apartment had everything you need for a relaxing stay. Close to coast path for long walks. Paul was on hand for any problems but everything was perfect!

Great apartment
Just on the way home after a week in this apartment. It was spotlessly clean and was equipped with everything you could need for a comfortable stay.
Perfect location right on the west beach.

Inverness Airport is around 40 miles away and Aberdeen 60 minutes by train from Elgin. There are regular buses from just outside the apartment that will take you to Elgin and from there you are able to catch your train.
