The apartment is on the ground floor of a stunning building dating back to the 1850's and has recently undergone a full refurbishment. It has its own entry door which is large enough to allow access for pushchairs/wheelchairs etc. Underfloor heating throughout the apartment. Free on street parking. There are many golf courses in the area and St Andrews is only a 15 minute drive away. The apartment is very child friendly and is equipped with a travel cot, high chair and steriliser, which are all available free of charge on request.

New Year Break
Just back from our New Year Break, we are repeat customers here & as ever we had a lovely time. The apartment ticks all the boxes for us as a family, pet friendly & kid friendly. The apartment is very well equipped, is super cosy, plenty of space to accommodate us all, family of 5, 4 adults and 1 child plus 3 dogs. The flooring throughout the living areas where the dogs were is ideal, tiled flooring easily cleaned when the dogs come in from outside with wet feet. The area has great eating venues, a fantastic chip shop and a 1st class Chinese takeaway too. Just what is required when you want to kick back, relax and do as little as possible yourself. Thanks again for a great weekend, we’ll be back 😀

Lovely wee flat in Anstruther
We stayed at The Neuk recently for a birthday celebration and the flat was really great. It was very clean with everything you could possibly need provided for. Cellargyke/Anstruther is a lovely wee town with plenty of nice places to eat and the flat was very handy for everything. We would highly recommend the flat and would definitely stay here again in the future.

Comfortable flat and great location
The flat was very comfortable, warm and spotlessly clean. It had everything we needed - special mention to the comfy bed and the impressive shower. The location was great - a short stroll to Cellardyke Harbour and the coastal path to Crail and a few minutes in the other direction to Anstruther. We visited the Anstruther chippie and the Waterfront Restaurant. In St Monans The Giddy Gannett does lovely filled rolls and home-made soup and the soup in the Pittenweem harbour cafe was delicious. So much to see in the East Neuk and we found "The Neuk" a brilliant base to do it all from. Would definitely stay there again.

The Neuk, James Street, Anstruther
Just back from another great 3 night stay at The Neuk for New Year. The apartment ticks all the boxes for us, cosy, comfortable, spotlessly clean, pet friendly and big enough for my family party as it sleeps 6. This is our 2nd visit to the apartment and we will return as it’s an ideal base with plenty nice walks and restaurants in the vicinity

Great relaxing break
Never been to Anstruther before. Place is a home from home and family friendly ,clean and modern, has everything you need inside and on your doorstep. Owners provided all the information you need. The coastal walks are practically on your doorstep. Chinese takeaway right across the street is one of the best I have had! Lovely eateries within walking distance Would definitely recommend and will return in future as didn’t get to explore the area fully.

Cracking Visit and Apartment
Our family of 6 (2 adults and 4 kids) had a wonderful stay on James Street. The apartment looked like new and was clean, tidy and practical for our needs. There was an unforeseen plumbing issue during our stay that was dealt with in a professional manner by the landlord. The local Chinese is amazing, the Wee Chippy serve up some smashing king ribs and the kids enjoyed the ice creams from the local shops. Without doubt, we would stay here again. B.

Great Apartment
Beautiful accommodation, couldn't fault it. Has everything you need. Good location too - really handy for Cellardyke and Anstruther and a good base for exploring the East Neuk. Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful Accommodation Near Kingsbarns
We had a wonderful long weekend in the Neuk with the kids who loved it - especially the bunk beds! Property was clean, spacious and had all we required. A short drive away to Cambo & Kingsbarns beach is recommended,the Chinese takeaway 30 seconds walk away is a must!

The apartment is situated just a five minute walk from both Anstruther and Cellardyke harbours as well as the 'famous chippy' and all other local amenities including a wide choice of shops, bars and restaurants and is only a three minute walk from the Michelin star restaurant 'The Cellar' which is highly recommended!! There are many excellent golf courses near by: St Andrews, Kingsbarns, Crail.

There are many great bus services from Anstruther direct to St Andrews/Edinburgh/Dundee. The coastal villages of Crail/Pittenweem and Kingsbarns are all recommneded and can be reached in 15 minutes by bus or 10 minutes by car.
