The Studio is light, airy and warm, with log burner as well as c.h. A comfy hideaway for two.
Four poster bed, comfy and cosy, perfect for that romantic hideaway or just a good night's sleep!
A deep cushioned leather sofa for two, ah relax after all that walking and sight seeing..
The Four Poster bed with ' the most comfy mattress' and both subtle and reading lighting
Luxury double wet room, perfect after a day at the beach, walking, climbing and exploring
The kitchenette and dining area by the window looking out to sea framed by the old Lime tree.
Church Ope Cove beach below the Studio, clean water bathing, snorkelling, fishing, toilets, water.
Church Ope Cove is down 150 steps or a sloping walk through woods. Clean sea awards, loos and tap.
Historic 11th century Rufus Castle just along the path from the Studio frames a great sea view.
Ancient St Andrews church ruins & 'Pirates Grave' in the woods above the sea close by
The coast path runs East to Sailing Academy and West to Portland Bill. Walkers welcome award.
Portland is famous for rare flora and fauna on the coast path and here a Chalkhill Blue butterfly.

We live in the cottage in front of the Studio and personally manage it to keep the standard high. My husband or I are there when you need us and not when you don't. Any problems, text or call. You have your own exclusive gateway, driveway and key safe by your door.

We just love this place. The studio is spotless, the bathroom is beautiful and we will be back for a third visit. Being able to take our little dog is such a bonus. Less than a minute's walk from the coast path, the studio provides all you could possibly need for a comfortable, peaceful and relaxing break. We stayed from 9-14 April first few days the weather was lovely but the last 2 it was quite cold had to put the fire on which was easy to do. If you plan to eat in lots you will be limited for cooking but there are lots of places to go for food. The Portland Spice Indian take away...

The mattress is a super quality hard one with a thick memory foam topper and a quilted protector on top of that. It would be possible to remove the toppers for your stay...

There is a kitchenette and dining area and a comfy leather sofa for 2, TV and ipod dock with radio. Local maps and dvds. <BR>The floors are tiled throughout in continental style so please bring your slippers - and dog throws to cover the rug.<BR>All linen, towels and fuel for wood burner included.<BR>The Studio is gated for security for your dog and for your car.<BR>The gate opens outward onto the start of the coastal path above the sea at Church Ope Cove Portland.
