Stayed at Bilshay Farmhouse for a 3 night stay for my Wife's 70th Birthday, a party of 9 and 4 doggies. The Dining Room had been superbly decorated as I had requested and my Wife was really surprised. This lovely accommodation was enjoyed by everyone and we were really impressed with the high standard of fixtures and fittings etc. The dogs loved the garden and the fallen apples which they thought were balls! Amazing weather and great views from the house all contributed to a lovely family break for us all. Thoroughly recommend this lovely Farmhouse.

We stayed for one week in a party of 6 adults and 4 young children. The farmhouse was well and attractively furnished and very well equipped to a high standard; all basic household requirements had been thought about. Really lovely view, the children made good use of the trampoline and adults the hot tub. We found the housekeeper and office staff very helpful and efficient. Good location for trips to Lyme Regis, West Bay and Weymouth. The estate café at Symondsbury is well worth a visit.

Very peaceful location 10 minute drive too Westbay , and half hour to Weymouth , near all seaside towns Lyme Regis. Bilshay farmhouse has lovely views across the countryside , it is the 2nd time we have been here, big enclosed garden ,with hot tub also dog friendly We will be back again and again

Stayed at Bilshay for the second time with a group of friends. The farm house was as good if not better than we remembered. The house was immaculate and there was a lovely welcome pack. We had fabulous weather and enjoyed visiting Bridport with a lively market and a brass band that were great fun and even played happy birthday to one of our group. The hot tub is a real bonus. We will definitely return and would have no hesitation in recommending Bilshay.

Our second trip to Bilshay and this place is even better than I remember! The fireplaces, the hot-tub, the table tennis I could go on! We will be coming back every year! The welcome hamper is such a lovely touch. I cannot recommend this rental enough.

We stayed at Bilshay for a 50th Birthday girls weekend. Due to an unforeseen mis-hap we modified original plans for hard-core mountain biking to include dogs and walking. If you like the outdoors this part of the Dorset coastline is unprecedented in terms of what it can offer; beautiful, un-spoilt country-side, and stunning coastal walks. But beware the hills, which can take your breath away in more than one way! The farmhouse is absolutely delightful - well equipped kitchen (we wanted to do some big meals together), fabulous big dining table, cosy lounge with inglenook fireplace, and glorious bed linen in comfy-cosy bedrooms. The view from the farmhouse is breathtaking - especially when taken in from the hot tub with a glass of bubbles. Would go back, would recommend, in-fact my second stay at a Symondsbury Estate property - they are fab!!

The cottage easily accommodates up to 10 and is perfectly equipped for large groups. The location is reasonably secluded but only a mile walk from Bridport and Symondsbury, both nice places, and the views from the house are fantastic.

Just returned from a fantastic week at Bilshay Farmhouse. Seven of us in total, two families, and two dogs. The Farmhouse was ideally situated to explore beautiful Dorset. It was clean, a basket of bread, milk, marmalade etc had thoughtfully been left for us. The views across open farmland were fantastic and the hot tub in the large secure garden was the icing on the cake. We would thoroughly recommend a stay here.

Wow the best accommodation for our family of 10 with ages ranging 87-2!! Just a brilliant well equipped Farmhouse with such fantastic views which can also be enjoyed whilst in the hot tub. Please visit this wonderful Farmhouse you won't regret it!

The farmhouse was lovely and well equipped, the views were amazing. We were there for a wedding and hired the other houses out as well. Would recommend
