The house is split level with the entrance to the living area and master bedroom on ground level with a further two bedrooms downstairs.

You get a real sense of community at Wooladon Farm, yet with enough space to go off and do your own thing. The picturesque and awe inspiring Dartmoor National Park is just a short drive, offering some of the finest scenes and a vast selection of walks and bridleways suitable for all abilities. Property is set in a beautiful estate surrounded by farmland and forest. Very peaceful. Close by is the river Tamar which divides Devon from Cornwall
Getting around
A car is essential. There are so many interesting places to visit on both the North and South coasts and the moorland of Dartmoor and Bodmin.
Visit the coastal village of Port Isaac where Doc Martin is filmed, Tintagel (Arthurian legend) is just a little further along the coast. On the other coast, visit Fowey, home to Daphne du Maurier and Rosamunde Pilcher.
Further down into Cornwall is where Poldark is set and filmed.
