The rooms are bright, airy and spacious. In addition to a roomy, comfortable lounge there are two bedrooms, one with twin singles, the other with a double and a single bed. Channel View is an ideal base for exploring Devon. Whether your interest is birdwatching, watersports, sightseeing or sunbathing, from Channel View you can access it all. It's perfect for families, with Exmouth's two miles of golden sands, rockpools, tourist attractions, parks, crazy golf - you name it! We are right at the start of the Jurassic Coast World Heritage Site, and surrounded by sites of cultural, geological, historical and wildlife interest. It's also great for accessing cycle trails, walking trails, wind and kite surfing, kayaking and any number of water based activities.
Just 10 minutes from the town centre, the train station and bus stops, you really do have everything you need right here at Channel View.
And if 2 Channel View is booked, why not try 4 Channel View - almost identical but one floor up!
Dawn was usually very helpful but she wasn't well, our WiFi wasn't working after 2 days , view is lovely across the bay, we came here last year and it wasn't too noisy but this year the amount of motorbikes and hand made cars kept riding up and down it was a pest the noise spoilt our holiday

Fabulous holiday
2 and 4 Channel view are fabulous, we go year after year with friends and family and our dogs. There is everything there you could possibly need, beach just across road, town 5 mins walk behind flat.
Soft play just down the road for little ones and plenty of child and dog friendly restaurants and bars close by.
Dawn and Karen make sure you have any problems sorted quickly.

Ideal base with magnificent views
We were very impressed with the location ,the owners delt with the few queries
That we had promptly (very impressed)
The location was ideal the cafe below was very good
And we are planning to come again if possible

staff were great Dawn always on hand if you need here what a wonderful view from the front window and balcony looking over beach and exmouth front restaurant underneath Abys very good service and great food and cappuccino, booked next year we enjoyed so much thank you 😊

Perfect family appartment, with everything on the door-step
Amazing location, beach only feet away!
Clean, roomy and welcoming accommodation.
Was our second visit, we were not disappointed, will definitely visit again.

Fabulous position
This was a very spacious, well furnished and equipped holiday apartment. It was very clean and beds very comfy. Well positioned for a brilliant view across the bay and close enough to walk across to the beach and into the town. Great balcony to sit and watch the world go by. Would highly recommend.

Great location and lovely flat
I totally recommend , the view is absolutely gorgeous and flat very spacious and clean and all U need is there , Dawn was very helpful and real gentleman . I will defiantly book again xx

Fantastic flat, fantastic position
What a find! We have just spent 3 nights in this lovely apartment right on the seafront overlooking the beach. The apartment is very spacious, bright and airy and is extremely well equipped and comfortable. The huge lounge windows give a fantastic vista of the surrounding area and let the sunshine flood in. We actually sat out on the large balcony enjoying the very unseasonal warm sun. Must be amazing in summer. The proximity to the beach is ideal for young families as is the ice cream kiosk across the road! Although above a busy cafe and next to a family pub we were not disturbed at all. Comfortable beds, fresh, crisp linen and superb modern bathroom and kitchen added to the quality of this property. Would love to return.

Exmouth is a large and friendly town surrounded by natural beauty. Most famous for its two miles of golden sands, to the east is the Jurassic Coast World Heritage Site, characterised by red sandstone cliffs in which you can see the fossilised remains of the desert sand dunes that once covered the region. To the north are the East Devon Pebblebed heaths, an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, with woods, streams and of course heathland. Once a huge river flowed northwards here, bringing distinctive round pebbles from Brittany. The Exe Estuary, a mile and a half wide at Exmouth, is internationally important for its bird life. Dawlish Warren, a National Nature reserve, juts into the estuary from the other side. Further beyond, and still within easy access by car, is Dartmoor, land of craggy tors and beautiful valleys. The historic city of Exeter is a short train ride to the north.
Because of this perfect setting, a holiday in Exmouth offers huge variety. If you are interested in wildlife, geology and the natural world, you are completely spoilt for choice. But these natural habitats are also perfect for many activities: climbing, walking, running, cycling, kite surfing, sailing, horse riding - you name it! If you want to chill out on the beach, you can chose the estuary side, with views up the river, to be near the cliffs, the sand dunes, the rockpools or the main area of beach just in front of Channel View itself. We are well catered for in terms of eateries - Exmouth is getting quite a name for itself here, with award-winning restaurants, various teashops and seafront cafes where you can enjoy a traditional cream tea. Being a tourist area, there are attractions to suit everyone.
