So why is this property so special. ? Estuary Court is ideal as a holiday destination. It is situated in Devon on the Jurassic Coastline which is a World Heritage site. The cliff top walks are spectacular. The house looks out over the Ex Estuary, a European Conservation site, and is minutes from 2 miles of golden sandy beach; ideal for swimming, water sports, and boat trips. It is 8 miles from the cathedral city Exeter with its excellent shopping centre, and 20 miles from the stunning Dartmoor National Park with wild ponies. The town centre is in walking distance and has small shops, great pubs and restaurants together with a small cinema, swimming pool and sports centre. There is even a golf club nearby. No car is necessary for an excellent holiday - the railway station is just 10 minutes walk away.

The house is on three floors so plenty of space for everyone. On the top floor is the master bedroom with a king size bed and ensuit shower room. There is also a double bedroom. There is a twin bedroom and bathroom on the middle floor, and a bunk room that is ideal for children, with toilet on the ground floor. There is only parking for one car at the property but there is a long stay car park on Camperdown Terrace if required. The house is modern and warm with a large library of books and Wi-Fi access.

Arrive by air to Exeter International airport and take a cab. Arrive by air at Bristol Airport and take a train. Arrive by train changing at Exeter St Davids for the Exmouth line. Arrive by car. Leave the M5 at Exeter (junction 30) and take the A376 towards Exmouth. Travel from London by train from Paddington Station or coach from Victoria Coach Station.
