Please Note - Due to workmen carrying out works on the cliffs above the railway track Network Rail have implemented a health and safety measure by way off closing the path down to Shell Cove beach on the estate. There is no visual or audible interference to the property. There is however easy access to both Dawlish and Teignmouth beaches either by foot or car. The owners would like to offer there sincere apologies for this, the path will most likely not be reopened until the end of the summer unfortunately. Region: Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea? Town: On the southern shore of Devon rests this delightful, coastal town. Dawlish has all you need for day-to-day living, including a decent selection of stores, restaurants, and cafés, as well as a small cinema. Dawlish is known for its Black Swans, which reside among other wildfowl on the Dawlish River. Dawlish has a lovely sandy beach and a crazy golf course nearby, making it an ideal location for a family visit.
