This luxurious 3 bedroom - all en-suite - house has been totally refurbished and upgrade to a very standard for 2017. It has amazing views over looking Brixham Harbour and out to sea. The kitchen has been upgraded to a very high standard to include even a bottle cooler for your wine! The dining area overlooks the harbour and seats six people. The large lounge area has ample seating and sea views. All bedrooms are en-suite and have digital TV's. There is also a self inflating blow up Queen size bed if you wish your children to share the same room. There is a garage attached for small to medium cars (FOC parking available nearby for a larger car) and a patio with sea views (The steps to the patio are steep and not suitable for people with mobility issues). Rooms are part of a small cosy pub.Stayed for 3 nights. Had room 4 which overlooked the harbour/ estuary. Lovely cosy comfortable room. Great location near to restaurants and bars. Good size bathroom and great power shower. Tea/coffee making facilities and fridge with mini bar provided. Fresh milk rather than UHT milk provided, very good for tea addicts like ourselves. Lovely cooked breakfast, large portions. Also continental provided. Lovely friendly staff, who also provided information on the best places to eat and shops. Offer of daily changing towels etc, but we didn't require this. Lovely quirky place, had a slightly uneven floor which added to the charm of this place. Would definately stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at Brixham. Fisherman's Wharf is a fabulous property in a great location. Easy access to all the amenities of Brixham, the harbour, restaurants, coastal walks. Views of the harbour from all main rooms are wonderful. We loved Brixham and will be back!

We had a fantastic week at Fisherman's Wharf. Spacious, everything you need and very comfortable. Could not take our eyes off the view of the harbour which was always busy. Matthew was very helpful pointing out where to eat and drink. I did not want to leave.

We had a fantastic holiday and would be glad to book this property again. Would be only to glad to recommend this property to anyone else it has everything you need for a nice week by the sea. We would love to visit again.

About the neighborhood
We are very well situated overlooking the Harbour, fishing boats and out to Torbay. The house is very well situated and in easy walking distance of the shops, restaurants, cafe etc. From the lounge you can see the ferries leaving for Paignton, Torquay and Dartmouth between Easter and October half term. There are loads of great walks along the South West Coast Path and also inland. We have some great walks loaded on to the Guest House web site as well. There are some great Seafood restaurants and take aways nearby also other fantastic restaurants including Caribbean, India & Thai.
Getting around
We are twenty minutes away by bus from Paignton main line railway station. The buses run approximately every 10 minutes (No 12) from Brixham to Torquay and Newton Abbott. Bus to Dartmouth via Kingswear goes every half - Number 18. Ferries to Torquay are approx. every 45 minutes and the ferry to Dartmouth is once per day
