There will be one bedroom and 4 closets that will be not available to the guests, the owner will be leaving on a coach motor home away from the house while the house it is rented . There will be farm keeper there daily to take care of the farm animals . If an agreement is made to use any of the ATV at the farm to be use only at farm trails the owner will not be responsible for any injuries that can happen during the use of the vehicles .
