Bed Configuration: Bedroom 1 - King with TV and Ensuite Bath(main floor) Main Living Space - Double Sleeper Couch (See photo) There is a full bathroom as well as a washer and dryer (laundry detergent provided) and a BBQ gas grill on the deck. This home is pet friendly! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs max and the pet fee is $40/day (for a max $250 per stay). Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years). The 4% resort fee included in the quote is the required resort fee that must be charged and does not allow access to the Durango Mountain Club. For an additional (and optional) 4% resort fee, you will have access to the Durango Mountain Club includes an outdoor heated pool with slide, outdoor hot tub and workout facility. Stay with us and we offer DISCOUNTS on both summer (white water rafting, horseback riding etc.) and winter (ski/snowboard rentals, sleigh rides, snowmobile tours etc.) activities. Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance. The location is very good for skiing, right on Purgatory resort. This unit is well maintained and everything is perfectly clean and stocked. A few negatives: The condo is deceptively tiny. The photos online do not reflect the truth in size. It's great for two or perhaps two and a child but definitely no more. It says it will sleep 4 but only if someone is ok with sleeping on a hard, uncomfortable futon or on a small, not full sized sofa (loveseat actually). Also to note, the dishwasher locked up immediately and the stove and oven had no power after making a pizza and it took two days to get someone to come make them usable and to open the dishwasher door because it was Saturday evening when those things happened. We did call but there was no help available as it was the weekend. There is a microwave but no actual cooking could take place anymore on Saturday, all day Sunday or all day Monday until the evening after dinner which was disappointing as we bought groceries to make meals and the reason we got a condo with a nice kitchen was to cook! Other than those things it was a cozy and comfortable place.
