The twin bedroom has a new LED TV, blu-ray player, large dresser, ceiling fan and a closet full of baby essentials including a Graco Pack N Play, baby gate, dining booster seat and changing pad. Our living room is stylishly decorated and has a comfortable queen sleeper sofa and a 52' Ultra HD 4K TV with expanded HD cable. The center of the home is a large completely private interior courtyard with grill, table with chairs and umbrella. Sit at the table under the umbrella with a cup of coffee, put your feet up and relax. Because the courtyard is in the center of the home, there's an abundance of natural light throughout the day in most of the home. The home has tile floors everywhere. If you want to cook, you will be pleased with the modern kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances (oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker, washer and dryer) and well-stocked cabinets with dishes and glasses (and wine glasses) for 12. We also have a blender, 10-cup coffee maker, crockpot, stand mixer and toaster. The kitchen has a weather station (LCD screen) that transmits current weather data. Our home is single-story and has a 2-car garage. Our driveway can also fit 2 additional vehicles. Our home is equipped with door keypads and I'll provide each group with a unique code. You can bypass the front desk registration and go straight to your private home. When you arrive, the home will be freshly cleaned, the beds will be made and you'll have 12 sets of fluffy high-quality towels for your stay. You can walk to the ocean and pools in 8 minutes or take the free shuttle. We rent our home year-round and set our rates purposefully low to stay booked. Our home is part of North Beach Plantation, a 4-diamond resort. Our guests have full use of the North Beach Facility including 10 pools (3 children's pools), lazy river, hot tubs, summer Kid's Club activities, #1 rated swim-up bar/grill in the United States, private cabanas, beach access, Beach Fit gym membership, Cinzia Spa, 21 Main Sushi and Chophouse and Seaside Cafe. Our home has free password-protected Wi-Fi, cable and Netflix. If you choose our luxurious cottage for your beach vacation, you'll be comfortable and pleased with the modern conveniences. You'll find that it's clean and relaxing here. Our cottage is great for couples, families, holiday celebrations, friend getaways, retreats, golfers, and snowbirds. Whether you are traveling with 4 or 8 this plantation home is perfect for your vacation. Two car garage plus driveway big enough for two cars private master suite on opposite side of the house large spacious kitchen and eating area open concept living room dining room and kitchen. Good size rooms and closets, very clean and located conveniently near the beach. Amazing spa and pool area within the community. Conveniently located in a popular area of North Myrtle Beach minutes away from the boardwalk and plenty of shopping and food nearby.

North Beach Cottage
Enjoyed our time at 567 Old Mill Drive. The home is lovely and has all the conveniences needed. The location is a short drive to most attractions in the area. I highly recommend this home, it is well equipped for a family with small child or grandchild. It met all our needs to enjoy our grandson's first Easter.

CLEAN COMFORTABLE COTTAGE & COURTYARD
We have stayed at North Beach Planation five times, this was the first time renting this home and it is the BEST!
Credible owner, Sarah thought of everything! She's so organized and informative! Unbelievable renting experience!
It's in a quiet location yet still close to everything! Ocean, pools, restaurants, shops!
Cottage was very clean and cozy and the courtyard very relaxing! Can't wait to go back it's Paradise:)

Beautiful N Myrtle Beach rental just minutes from the beaches and pools
Home is just beautiful and has a great layout with large kitchen and gathering area
About a 7 min walk to the beach/pools. Or a 2 minute FREE golf cart shuttle ride (just a call before you go so they know how many).
Close to hundreds of restaurants-Original Benjamin Calabash /Hamburger Joe's are a must
BI-LO grocery store we nicknamed, Buy-Hi -- I would recommend Publix
We had 7 in the home comfortably
So much to do nearby -- Putt-Putt, shopping, shows, beach banana boat rides, beach volleyball, parasailing, golfing (so many courses-Myrtlewood was a good one)
Myrtle Beach Boardwalk & Promenade, is fun.

Great vacation house! Great vacation!
Having been the planner for our vacation which included my wife and 4 others the pressure was on to pick a great place for our vacation. Upon entering Sarah's home I knew I had made the right choice. While North Myrtle Beach Plantation calls these cottages they are more like homes. The house was tastefully decorated and very spacious with all the amenities you could ever need. The closed in open patio is probably the best feature of the house and where we spent most of our time. It's location provided us with easy access to anything and everything we wanted to see or do while in Myrtle Beach. I would highly recommend this vacation home to anyone.

Great cottage, great location!
The cottage was clean and tastefully decorated. It felt like going into a home rather than a hotel room. Being part of North Beach Plantation resort is a big plus. The cottage is in walking distance of shopping (Barefoot Landing), restaurants, a spa, pools, and of course the ocean. A good time was had by all.

Beautiful house close to the ocean!
This was such as great stay. Traveled with spouse, our 2 year old, and met with two friends and their 3 year old child. The courtyard was perfect for the kids to play in during the day and early evening. The beach is so close, only about 3 blocks away, and the neighborhood also offers a free shuttle service. The home is beautifully maintained, had a few toys available, Netflix, Wi-Fi, comfortable beds, washer/dryer, and a great kitchen. There were even the small things, such as Ziploc bags, laundry detergent, and some basic but essential foods (olive oil, salt and pepper, etc). The pool area is also fantastic. Would highly recommend this house!

Love it so much we want a house identical!
An amazing cottage! The set up is great and the decorations are awesome. Working with Sarah made it such an easy experience. If there was an issue or question she responded to us immediately. The cottage is also on a resort so we were able to get full access to the restaurant and pools with the rental. The pools were very clean and fun! The beach was also great and there was a shuttle service that would take us there for free, Freddie was so nice. Such a great experience for people aged 10-38. We want to go again!

A wonderful famy experience.
The house is decorated lovely. We had a couple of issues, but Sarah attempted to fix immediately. The proximity to the pool and beach is wonderful. The neighborhood is quiet. All in all... It is perfect.

Beautiful, clean, and quiet! The owners are wonderful to work with. My two boys loved the cottage so much they asked if we could take it home with us. Very close to the resort, and everything else is well within 15 minutes to drive to. We had a wonderful time and look forward to booking a stay again next year :-)

Our beautiful cottage is located within North Beach Plantation behind the towers in North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. This is the Windy Hill section of North Myrtle Beach. Our home is a 7-minute walk (or free shuttle ride) from the ocean and pools and is walking distance to Barefoot Landing. This upscale area of North Myrtle has hundreds of restaurants, outlet shopping, mini golf, golf and more. You can walk to a dozen restaurants too.
Getting around
Although guests can walk to 20+ restaurants and 50+ shops, I still recommend a car because the nearest grocery store is about 1 mile away.
