Weeks available in 2023, Linens and Towels at no additional charge and will be completely set-up for your stay at Prince Resort. This is our personal 2nd home and we rent out limited weeks during the year. Also, housekeeping is provided at the end of your stay. NEW QUEEN BEDs in 2nd Bedroom and New KING in the Master. NEW HD 55" with Movie Channel Access. Our place is a boutique style OCEAN FRONT condominium, located adjacent to the Cherry Grove Pier.

Amazing location and wonderful host
John and Leeann were wonderful to rent from. They were very responsive to any questions I had. The location was wonderful amd their home was perfect. They made sure we had everything we needed and more. It was perfect for our family. We will definitely be back to rent from them in the future.

The best place we have stayed in.
The room was nice and clean and was more than we expected. We will always try to book this place in the future. We also like the pool area. All the staff were friendly and answered any questions we had. I look forward to book room for my future stays.

Summer Vacation
The Prince Resort at Cherry Grove Pier is absolutely a great place to stay, we booked through TripAdvisor and got it two weeks ago for an unbelievable price, we got it through the owner (John) who went above and beyond to make our stay extremely comfortable. I would recommend staying here to anyone that loves the beach. 5 ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Excellent condo
This particular condo was excellent. The Davies family are awesome to work with. Everything was very clean and the layout and amenities of the room were awesome! I would definitely stay here again

Amazing Views
Condo was perfect! The view is unobstructed and beautiful. Condo has plenty of room. Beds were great. Couldn’t have asked for anything better!!

At the beach
We had a great time. Easily accessible to attractions and restaurants. Beach was great. Not overcrowded. The owners were very easy to talk to and very accommodating.

awesome rental unit
My family of 5 stayed here the 2nd week of June - one of the best condos I've ever stayed in. Plenty of room. VERY CLEAN. Very comfortable beds in both bedrooms. Great view. The Davies were very quick to respond to any questions I ever had. Our entertainment was the pier every evening. Remember to take time to be up at sunrise and walk out to the end of the pier and watch the sunrise. We were lucky enough to watch the sunrise and then watch a school of dolphins swim by. We also seen dolphins from our balcony one morning. The rooftop pool/lazy river across the street is very nice and cool to relax at in the afternoon (constant breeze blowing all the time).
Will definitely stay here again. Thanks so much for letting us use your condo. Loved it.

We recently returned from vacation and had to write a review........been going to MB for 40 years and this unit was one of the nicest we've stayed.The owners are delightful and take pride in their unit!! There was no hassle with front desk, the unit was beautiful and spacious enough for 5 and then some, very clean, all the comforts of home, fully stocked, beautiful ocean front view, steps from the beach and the pool and extremely reasonably priced. We had to take a step back when we walked in thinking where's the catch or there must be a mistake because it seemed to good to be true!!!! It was all ours for a week and I highly recommend this property/owners/unit to anyone who will listen. The most convenient thing was corresponding by email/phone with very charming people......Hassle Free.....key cards/parking pass, lease done through mail in advance----no check in!!!! I could go on forever because we are still overwhelmed with how beautiful and reasonable this unit was. We will be returning in the future. Oh......Did I mention the VIEW!!!!!!!

This was my first time staying way up in North Myrtle Beach.But I really enjoyed the quiet area.Condo was superb,Every thing that was stated in listing was perfect,Mr.Davies was a much concerned owner as to make sure everything went well.Very clean and up to date with all the furnishings.I could not have asked for a nicer Place to stay.Would return to this place again,Thanks Mr. Davies & wife for making my stay at your condo a pleasure.
