Enjoy this older pet friendly apartment that is across the street from the ocean, right next to Main Street at the northern end of North Myrtle Beach. You will have access to the entire apartment that comes equipped with a full kitchen. You will find miles of beautiful wide sandy beaches with plenty of South Carolina Sunshine with this cottage being so close to the beach. Also located two blocks away from Main Street which features one of the most famous **** dance club’s “Fat Harold’s”, several bars and restaurants, as well as a seasonal classic beach style amusement park. As this home was built in the 1960’s, air conditioning is provided by window units.
Myrtle Beach is known for its golf; boasting over 80 easily accessible courses. If a golf course is not your thing, Myrtle Beach is also known as the Mini-Golf Capital of the world, so it goes without saying that there is one nearby. Not to mention Barefoot Landing with over 100 shops and dining possibilities, including the new Lucy Buffets Lulu’s restaurant. The Little River waterfront is not even a stretch away, featuring the only Casino Cruises in the Carolina’s. This area is such a beautiful place with something for everyone.

Please note the following prior to making your reservation:
- Linens are not initially provided. We do have packages available for purchase, or you can bring your own. Linen Package includes two towels and washcloths per bed occupancy, sheets, and a dish towel per package. The package prices are $50 for a King/Queen/Full, and $25 for a twin plus tax.
- Pets are welcome, however we do charge a $75 non-refundable fee plus 12% tax per pet*. Please see pet policies below.
- Upon booking, a signed rental agreement and government issued photo identification are required to be electronically submitted to us prior to receiving an electronic access code to the property. This electronic code will be sent via email once all required information is received.
- Toiletries are not included.
- The listing rental rate includes parking for two (2) vehicles.

Rental Age Policy:
- Primary renters, or groups primarily with guests under the age of 25 (including student groups and events) are required to alternate fees of $50 per person for cleaning and linens*. This will override the posted cleaning fee on the listing. Groups consisting of primary renters or for guests under the age of 21, will be required to submit parent/guardian signatures and government issued photo identification. A refundable security deposit may be required.

Guest Policy for 25 and Younger
We do welcome guest under the age of 25. Any guests that are 20 or younger must have parental consent confirmed by signature and a copy of the parents photo ID. The following fees may apply:
• Linens and towels will be provided ($25.00 per person).
• Cleaning fee will apply up to $25.00 per person.
• Mandatory Refundable Security Deposit.
However we do recommend for the guest to contact us with group information and size for possible discounts.
Refrigerator didn’t work we had to use someone else’s fridge. Scared to get our food out the fridge because we didn’t want the person that was staying in that house to be bothered. Disgusting place. Roaches, nasty sheets and mattresses. The room was so bad they let us use another house for one night. Even that house was absolutely disgusting. There were multiple beds but we wound up having to go buy an air mattress just so we could sleep because the mattresses were awful. There was water damage in both houses. The parking was a whole other thing. People getting blocked in and having to ask people in other houses to move their cars. Not a beach feel at all. One of the houses we had to stay in had a sign for cheerleaders right in the middle of the living room. What about cheering is beachy? While we were staying in the other house we were told the cleaners were coming to the original house we were supposed to be staying in to clean it. The next morning we went back to that house bc they made us and it was still disgusting as could be. The cleaners didn’t even come. While we were getting our stuff from the other house to put it into that house the cleaners supposedly came but they obviously didn’t come for long because we didn’t even see them. And we were walking in and out the whole time and our whole group didn’t see them come in or leave! The pictures in the ad are NOTHING like the place. The bunk beds were literally broken. This place is obviously ran by people that couldn’t care less about the people staying there. We couldn’t even get a refund. And because all of us are 20 they charged us EXTRA for being under 25. They said if we kept the place clean we would get our deposit back, but the place was disgusting from the minute we arrived. We didn’t have the money to stay anywhere else, and we didn’t get a refund so we had to stay there. It was truly the worst experience ever. The people owning this place should be embarrassed.

Disgusting and unsafe
DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! We went in with our belongings and removed ourselves and belongings within a couple of hours. Place is NOT as pictured. The only thing that is the same Is the floor plan. The walls are warped and literally coming apart. There is a large gap open to the outside world under the main bedroom window and there is only one outlet and it's not 3 prong which is needed for our medical equipment. The light switch for the bathroom area has less than have of a plate, exposing the inside of the outlet. The stove is on a huge slope and I wouldn't feel safe cooking on it. The recliner arms are loose and creak when touched. There are two ac units directly on top of the couch at head level. You certainly can't sit and relax in the living room area. Shady dining chairs and a mattress the a homeless man would reject for the ground isn't fit for sleeping of any kind. MGT company and owner refuse to refund as "it's too late to rerent'. Shouldn't have ever been rented go begin with. The mng company did offer other accomodation for the next day, but we needed a place for that night and are not physically able to continue to load and unload our vehicle over an over again much less up and down steps that were at the offered replacement property.

Great stay every time!
This is my second time booking and its always great and easy! The house is right by ocean drive so we always had somewhere to eat!

Location can't be beat!!!!
Two couples rented this unit to attend a class reunion that was held downtown Ocean Drive. This unit was absolutely perfect for us. It was so close to all the activities. It is really close to the beach also. It is old but has been renovated and was very comfortable. The price was quite affordable, and the owner and her staff were very hospitable. I hope it is available next year at SOS.

Great place for a family vacation
My wife and two teenager daughters had a great time at this place. It is clean and super close to the beach as well as Main street. The host was lovely - warm and responsive. The proximity to the bar wasn't a problem at all. No noise issues, and we are all light sleepers. We would definitely rent this place again.

Great Place for a Great Price
It is really hard to find a nice place at a affordable price. This apartment wasn't fancy but it was just right for my family and our dog. It is close to the beach and right downtown Ocean Drive. We got it for a great price!! Lisa, the owner, was easy to work with. I plan on renting again in the summer.

Cool little beach cottage
Booked this for a trip with my dog and a few buddies, we were down to golf, bike, and hang out on Main Street. Didn't want anything fancy but did want something economical. I found this to be perfect..... right across the street from the beach access and a mere one block walk to Main Street (which is where all the nightclubs and restaurants are, so you don't have to drive). Nice flat screen TV's in each bedroom and living room. The kitchen could use a few more utensils and a baking pan (although there was one round pizza pan) but there was enough to get by with. We found it to be very clean. This place is perfect if you're looking for somewhere economical and have a dog. It looks just like it does in the picture. Great place to launch from for biking, beaching, and golfing. I would stay here again.

Not what it seems
We booked this place as a last resort due to waited too long to decide if we were going for S.O.S this year..all we could find. I knew it was an okder place, but since it stated " newly renovated" decided to take a chance! The pictures looked ok, soooo. Unfortunately, they forgot to include the bathroom in the renovation! It was horrible! The old fast iron tub had been re-glazed...a long time ago....glaze was coming off...in huge patches. The shower curtain was moldy. The tub surround had mold under the grout. The sink was so old, it was pitted..cabinet was worse. The carpet in thd living room was badly stained. The coffee table was wobbly. It rained quite a bit while we were there..a leak developed around the smoke detector in the master bedroom..upon inspection, you could see had been leaking for a while..also keaked down in the wall..the paneling was wavy. Oh, and the picture of the bedroom showing two sets of bunk bed..all the same size..isvnot correct. One set has a queen bed on the bottom. .pics need to be updated since you have to bring your own linens ! Oh, and the other 2 reviews shown for tjis place....are obviously for other properties. I informed the owner of this when I hooked, but see it hasn't been corrected yet. A shame..with a little more tlc..could be a cute and economical place to stay.. .so convenient to everthing. They should also add a little landscaping to both places..would do wonders. Oh..if you look the address up on mapquest..its not found.
One of the mattress covers on the larger bunk bec was stained also.

We have full renovated and replaced all fixtures in the bathroom and reshingled the roof in December 2015 and January 2016. We have also renovated the entire inside of the property in the last year.
In addition the carpets were replaced. We have had many guests stay at our property complimenting its appearance.

Cherry Grove Beach House
The house was very well maintained with large rooms that easily accommodated our large group of people. The deck was large and partially covered which was an added bonus! We really enjoyed our daily walks on the beach and relaxing on the gated deck. We visit North Myrtle Beach every year and this has been the best house so far. The private walkway to the beach, the parking, and just the overall house is great!
