Outstanding, Convenient Location
The condo is outstanding overall. Checkin process was absolutely simple, the rate was fair, and the location great. Overall the entire place was very clean and comfortable. Plenty of room for us all to spread out. The few negatives would be stuff left in the closets...broken headboards. Also the cable was clunky and annoying. I believe it's internet TV, Xfinity I think? Overall, it was fantastic, comfortable, and enjoyable. I'd highly recommend this condo.

Thanks for a great review! You are correct, I use comcast as my internet, TV and Telephone service. I have not found it to be clunky, but maybe they were having a bad week. I will have the items removed from the closet.

Ideal distance to convention center
We stayed in the house for attending a conference in the North Charleston Convention Centre. It was less than 1km distance and extremely good value for the stay. Rooms were very wide and clean, and easy to check in. Wireless internet was working well, and TV screen was huge. The distance to the beach and town centre is a bit far.

Kane family Christmas 2011
Thank you so much for all your help with the rental. Everything was beautiful !!! The house was even better in real life then in the pictures. It made mine and my families Christmas truly memorable. We fully and completely plan on returning in the future. The only negative thing I can say is that I wish there would have been more pots and pans, but we made due. Everything else absolutely perfect!!! Thanks again!

Excellent location
Very good location, close to everything. Condo had plenty of room. Everything we needed was there. Mattesses need to be replaced or flipped. Interior needs to be repainted and don't be alarmed by the airplanes going over, they are actually not going to hit the house. Would stay here again.

Baseball Dad -:- Greenwood SC
Very Relaxing
My teenage boys both had baseball tournaments in the Charleston area that required us to be in the area for 11 days. Fortunately we found this townhouse. The house was great. It was clean, comfortable, relaxing (when we were not all the baseball field), and very convenient to everything. There was lots of shopping and restaurants a stone's throw from the house. We enjoyed sitting on the deck watching the turtles and fish. We also enjoyed sitting in the living room watching the boys fish from the desk. We will defiantly look to rent this house for our next trip to Charleston.

Great Charleston Location!
The townhouse was beautiful, clean, well stocked and truly centrally located. We had easy access to downtown Charleston, the island, and other historical landmarks - the outlet mall was only blocks away.
We really appreciated the view from the porch and balconies! Great family get away!

A better home away from home
My family and I have always wanted to visit the Charleston area. We chose this home because it was inexpensive for the size and location. We were a little skeptical but it was GREAT! The home was very clean, all the comforts of home but better. Waking up to the serene views of the lake was incredible. Great place for family. Everything was close by. The historic disctict, parks, Patriot's point, shopping, theaters, great restaurants, and Folly beach just a short car drive away. We will difinitely go back when visiting Charleston again.
