It was great!even had kitchen stuff for ourpizza,ice cubes ready in the freezer! Great stay,we had a great time

The location is in a more “residential” area, so it’s great to not have to deal with the crowd; beach area is less populated. Condo has a great view of the ocean; relatively good accommodations; there are a few things that could be addressed/updated but it’s relatively minor. Bathrooms are great; seem to have been updated fairly recently. Overall it’s a pretty good place. My biggest issue is with communication with the owner. The first two emails that I sent, before we paid for the rental, I received very fast responses. The moment we paid, I’ve heard nothing back. One email was just in regards to general questions, but the second email had to do with some issues we would like to have communication back on. I’m disappointed in the lack of communication, especially regarding the issues at hand. If the communication was better, it would easy be 4 stars, if the issues were addressed, it could easily be 5 stars.

The condo is located on North Ocean Boulevard, MB, SC. We had a little trouble finding it because we could not see the building number from the street. We liked the location because it was quiet, convenient, and had an excellent view of the beach. The unit was clean except for a wrapper of some sort under the TV that was visible from the sofa and we found a pair of children's shorts on the floor of the bedroom with twin beds, We had purchased some eggs but could not find anything to cook them in. A small saucepan or frying pan would be a good addition to the kitchen. There may have been something under the sink but that was quite a jumble of things and we did not go through it. We appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella. Did not expect to find those and we were glad to have them. All in all we were very satisfied with the unit and would recommend it. This unit was everything the owner advertised and more. Beautiful view, clean and well cared for unit with all the supplies (cooking, beach, linen, etc.) we needed for our stay. Location was in a quiet section but was a short drive to all of our activities. It was absolutely wonderful to take a walk each evening on the ocean. My family is now relaxed and ready to head back to work/school. Hopefully we will be returning to this wonderful rental again next year.

The location of the condo is truly seconds from the beach. The view from you deck is amazing, right onto the beach and ocean. The condo is well kept and very relaxing. We did not have time to explore the pool or hot tubs, but we did make it to the beach almost every day. This rental allowed us to come stay and go watch our son play baseball at the Ripken complex and take in Myrtle Beach as much as we could. Everything we did in town was not more than 20 minutes from the condo. We would definitely visit again.

Upon arrival, we found a clean and welcoming apartment. The view onto the beach is priceless and the location is central to everything yet quiet and away from the "action" on the ocean boulevard We enjoyed the layout and comfort of this cozy place, and are grateful for the walks at the beach in plenty of sunshine. My sister,coming all the way from Germany, was experiencing a total health reset after the long flight, and we could celebrate her birthday in style at the melting pot restaurant

Great, serene location just a few miles north of the much busier area of Myrtle Beach! The balcony provides a wonderful view of the beach and ocean. Literally just a few steps away from the ocean! The condo location is easy to get to and it's location allows for easy access to restaurants, activities and events. Well cared for cute and clean condo with daily living supplies at your fingertips. Owners are very helpful, provide good guidance and promptly respond to questions. There were two of us but we believe four adults could stay comfortably. We had the BEST time!! We hope to visit again!

My wife and I and the kids loved this condo! Everything you need is there! Great view, full kitchen and all the beach equipment you need! Not to mention comfortable beds! Who could ask for more for such a great price!

My family and I stayed at this condo for a week, and it was the best decision I could've made. The owner was very fast to respond to every message, concern or question I had. The condo itself was clean; all hardwood floors and tile (so no ground-in sand or carpet stains to worry about). Lots of towels and extra pillows, blankets were available. The bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable, with a pull-out sofa in the living room, which was perfect because my very tall teenage boys didn't have to fight over bed space! There were two sliding doors to the deck/porch, so it was nice to go out there early in the morning directly from the master bedroom and read, not having to worry about waking anyone else up! The kitchen was well-stocked with appliances, kitchen tools and such, so making meals at the condo was a breeze if you desired to do so; there was a Food Lion less than a mile away. We also appreciated the First Aid Kit...! The freezer also has an ice maker, which was perfect for stocking the beach cooler. The location was superb! Ocean-front view, 30 second walk to the beach, with a lifeguard station right there where you walked on. We felt safe walking back and forth from the condo to the beach at any time of the day. The showers for rinsing sand were right at the bottom of the stairs to walk up to the condo, which I felt was perfectly located. There were beach chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards available for us to use, and a whole box of beach toys (for those with younger kids). There was also a pool with a separate shallow kiddie side, which looked very nice, but we didn't utilize that. Many other condo guests did, though. Everyone who was staying at the other condo units were very friendly and helpful. We ran into an older couple who had been coming to the same place for 32 years, so that's saying something ! :-) The access to the local area was perfect. A close drive to just about anywhere, and we felt very safe in the community in which the condo was situated. If we're fortunate enough to ever come back to Myrtle Beach, this is definitely where we will stay!

Don't be nervous about renting this condo. It is really fabulous. Beach is 30 seconds away. Owners were awesome to communicate with. Close enough to all the attractions but far enough away for those that like it a bit quieter. Would definitely stay here again!
