For our guests who like to explore, you'll be close to many Myrtle Beach attractions, such as the famous Myrtle Beach Boardwalk and Promenade, home to the sixth-tallest Ferris Wheel in the United States, the Alabama Theater and House of Blues. Also close by is Tanger Outlets, Barefoot Landing, Ripley's Aquarium, along with the Arcadian Shores golf course located right outside the Plantation grounds! The Kingston Plantation is an exclusive cluster of private land nestled within 145 tree filled acres that run along the half mile wide beach of the Atlantic shore. There are professionally maintained planters and gardens within a park-like setting. The gated entrance provides safety and security in this family friendly environment that also has a private owners pool available to our guests that book with us. There is free parking available to all of our guests. RESTRICTIONS: 1. No smoking inside or on balconies. $200 cleaning fee if smoke has been detected 2. No Partying. $200 fee if security is called 3. No Pets. $200 fee if pets or pet remnants are found 4. Minimum rental age is 25 years 5. $50 lost key fee 6. No trailers, campers or RVs
