Our unit features a light-colored ceramic plank tile flooring tile throughout. Bathrooms have been updated and the entire condo has been freshly painted including the kitchen cabinets. The bedrooms will offer the elegance, class and comfort you have been seeking. This non-smoking and pet-free condo can comfortably sleep 6 with two bedrooms (Queen bed, twin beds and a pull-out queen size sleeper sofa. Two (2) 40' and one (1) 50' LED SMART TVs reside in the condo and include high-speed wireless internet access and NETFLIX. There is also one Blackberry Pi Gaming system in the guest bedroom for the kids (or adults!) Ocean Forest Villas high-speed wireless network which is provided by Spectrum so that you can connect all of your mobile devices and laptops effortlessly. Each unit has it's own wireless network with password encryption. Pricing reflected includes Myrtle Beach Sales Tax (Lodging) of 13%. Pets are not allowed on the property per HOA rules. Family time is a precious commodity so we have included several of our favorite board games if you are seeking a fun-loving 'game-night!' Our onsite laundry facility is located on second floor just a few steps away from the condo and a full-size swimming pool is located just outside the building entrance. Interaction with guests Owner has direct correspondence with each guest and typically responds within one hour of being contacted. We pride ourselves on being very responsive to all requests. Once your booking is made, our local property manager will coordinate your vacation by contacting you, and then providing the electronic key code and parking passes the week prior to your arrival. Minimum age requirement is 23 years old. We will not rent to minors under the age of 21 meaning everyone must be over the age of 21 with at least one 23-year old unless parents are traveling with children. A Seven (7) Day minimum stay is required (Saturday to Saturday) during the summer months (June 1 through late August). However, we may accommodate a shorter stay for certain occasions or requests during the late summer months. Minimum age requirement is 23 years old. The cleaning fee of $125 includes standard cleaning for bedrooms; bathrooms; kitchen; living room; deck; laundering linens and towels; and making up the beds. The cleaning fee does not include any 'excessive' cleaning including but not limited to rearranging furniture; and trash removal from the condo or the refrigerator. We'll provide you detailed departure instructions upon arrival and would appreciate having our condo returned to nearly the same state it was found upon arrival.
