The condo is located close to the airport and to grocery stores. In-door, out-door pools, hot tub, and a lazy river coupled with a tiki bar add to the relaxing atmosphere. Our condo had all the necessary items plus more! We appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella so we didn't have to rent these items. We would definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay!
We enjoyed our stay at Lijun’s condo. You can’t beat the beautiful view of the ocean. We will definitely stay here again if we return to Myrtle Beach!

Myrtle Beach 2018
This was great. The condo was clean and well maintained. Booking was easy and we had no problem at all. Getting the keys to get in and settled down was easy. The condo had everything we needed. Was also very easy working with owner. Of we had questions, we asked and owner very promptly got back to us with answer. We will book again with owner at this property. Rate 10 out of 10! Very pleased.

Paradise Resort
The owner of this property was amazing to work with, very responsive and accommodating.
The room was nice and clean. We were comfortable with 4 people, there is no way I could have done more than that. The balcony has 4 chairs which leaves no space to move around. The bath tub is big which was nice for the kids. The sheets for the Murphy bed are stained but clean. The walls are super thin. We had to download white noise machine apps on our phone in order to get any sleep. There is an ice machine right outside the bedroom window. We heard noise on both sides of us, above us, and from the ice machine all day and night.
Fifteenth floor views are amazing! Pelicans flew by our balcony multiple times! I am not a bird lover and there were not many birds at the beach which was a plus for me!
The resort needs updated. The pools are nice but the “kiddie” pool is super small. The covered pool was so hot that it felt like a hot tub. The lazy river was nice as long as there weren’t kids running wild. The outdoor pool was nice but very crowded and had things floating in it the majority of the time. The pool towels are super small.
The beach was nice but again it was crowded.
The restaurant in the resort had good food (except for the pizza). There are not a lot of places to eat within walking distance. We took cabs to dinner all but one day. There is a mini mart a block down the road which was nice.
Overall, it was a good vacation. We are not ones to vacation in the same place twice but if we were, I would rent from Lijun again!

Myrtle Beach trip
Had a great time, the condo was very nice, location was great, nice pool, deck and beach access. Tiki bar was an added bonus, everyone was very friendly.

Perfect Place
This was a great location, large room with large bathroom, absolutely loved staying here with balcony on the beach. Owner was very helpful and I would definitely stay here again.

Great experience and exceeds expectation
Beautify and spacious condo. Balcony is a great place to watch sunrise each morning. Great location and very close to family kingdom and other attractions as well.

Wonderful experience
Easy booking. Easy-to-follow instructions to access. Room is clean and spacious. Ocean front. We can sit back and relax in the balcony, watching our kids playing in the water. We would love to book the same room next time we come here.

Wish we lived here year round
Comfy, clean condo on 15th floor with spectacular view of ocean. My wife and I enjoyed the entire week on the beach, as mother nature gave us great weather. Did not have to bring anything but clothes as condo was fully stocked with amenities for both bathroom and kitchen. The condo has a nice outside pool with plenty of chairs to sunbathe, as well as an indoor pool, hot tub, and small lazy river for anyone with kids. Makes me want to see about buying a condo when I retire.

Had a great time!
The condo we stayed at was great, super close to the beach. Owner was very nice and helpful. Although I did have to buy more toilet paper because there was only two rolls in each bathroom.
