Living room view to Media Alcove and back deck. Lots of natural light brightens the room.
Hardwood floors in 1st floor Living Room, Dining Room, Kitchen. Plenty of books and games.
Large sofa is queen size sleeper. Linens provided with each rental.
View of Night Heron Lake looking left on our back deck towards the Parkside villas and the park.
Back deck features 4 Frontgate chairs and 4 glass-top nesting tables. Perfect relaxing spot!
Kitchen features full-size appliances & window view towards oceanfront Windswept buildings.
Our kitchen has full size appliances, coffee maker, blender, toaster, plenty of cook and serveware.
First floor powder room was a great selling point for us!
Master Bedroom with King size bed, ensuite bath.
Master bedroom is large and comfortable with views of Night Heron Lake.
Renovated Master Bath with quartz top vanity. Bath linens are provided with every rental.
Large glass and ceramic tile shower has built in bench and both fixed and handheld shower heads.
Renovated Bathroom off of green bedroom includes quartz top vanity and tiled tub/shower.

We speak on the phone with every potential guest to make sure their questions about our property are answered accurately and to make sure our villa is a good fit for their needs. Villa 4370 is our second home, and very important to us. We plan to continue handling bookings ourselves rather than accepting online bookings which limit our contact with potential guests. Call us old-fashioned, but we want our guests to know we will be there for them directly, not through a web agent. We promise to do our best to provide our guests a very clean, well-appointed vacation home - the kind of rental we search for on our own trips.

Nothing short of wonderful! Best Thanksgiving in years! Beautiful condo. Spotlessly clean. Easy walk to the beach and The Sanctuary. Fran was delightful and very helpful. There are stairs to get in and out and up to bedrooms. Can't wait to come again!

About the neighborhood
After many years renting homes and villas on different areas on Kiawah Island we felt Windswept was the PERFECT location. It is close to all the evening Resort activities at Night Heron Park, close to the beach (3-4 minute walk for us), close to the Sanctuary Hotel, and close to East Beach Village and several restaurants.

The Windswept Lakeside Townhouse villas are particularly nice because of their beautiful lagoon views and two story layouts, making the units feel more like homes than apartments. And it helps that these are the closest-to-beach 2 bedroom villas on Kiawah.

For biking and exploring we love how the Windswept villas are closer to the center of the island, so we can reach either end of the island in a manageable bike trip.
Getting around
Once you are on Kiawah staying in our Windswept Villa you can get by seeing much of the island on bike rides. But for trips to the grocery store or extra restaurant options near Kiawah you will want to drive. Uber and Lyft are still a bit limited in our area.

Kiawah is located off of Main Road which intersects Savannah Highway (Hwy 17). The Charleston airport is a 45 minute drive in normal traffic.

Located about 33 miles from the Charleston International Airport (CHS) Kiawah Island is about a 50 minute drive. CHS can be reached from many major U.S. cities on nonstop flights.

Kiawah Island is a 25 mile drive from downtown Charleston.

Live oak-lined Bohicket Road/Betsy Kerrison Parkway leads from Maybank Highway (700) to Kiawah. From Savannah or Myrtle Beach take Highway 17 to Main Road towards Kiawah.
