The house has wonderful architecture, with many seating places and areas to gather or be private. The house is sited on a big lagoon with thrilling 'gator and bird views. A lovely screen porch and deck add to the enjoyment. It is a 7 minute, shaded, paved walk to reach the enormous, gorgeous BEACH! Our beach has hard sand at all tides, so you can ride bikes on the beach between the beach walks or to The Sanctuary Hotel to have a scrumptious lunch. Bike rental companies will deliver your bikes to the house. For smaller children, the beach offers tidal pools in which to play and by which to build a sandcastle. Beach chairs and umbrellas can be rented from the beach patrol, and they will be set up on the beach for you. Ah, Kiawah is heavenly!
