This spacious and comfortable home is a Pure Joy for family groups and golfers looking for a fabulous Wild Dunes Resort Vacation! Located in the exclusive private community of Ocean Point, Pure Joy at 26 Ocean Point offers you and your family three beautiful bedrooms with three full baths. Ideally located on top of an ancient sand dune, Pure Joy has a commanding view over a natural lagoon and the World Famous Links Golf Course practice range. To enjoy this view, Pure Joy features two large screen porches with plenty of room to stretch out and enjoy the beauty of the Island. Another huge advantage of 26 Ocean Point is it’s proximity to the Ocean Point Swimming Complex, which also features one of two hot tubs in the entire Resort Community. Beach access is easy, and is located just at the bottom of the dune between the 17th Green and 18th Tee Box. Once on the beach, you will find plenty of sand and room to relax since access to this end of the island is only granted through the Ocean Point and Ocean Club private communities.
The interior of 26 Ocean Point is joyful featuring a new kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances, granite counter-tops and beautiful cabinetry. The hardwood floors are beautiful and the high ceiling presents a spacious interior. Each of the three bedrooms is located on the second level. Two bedrooms, including the master, feature a queen bed with one bedroom offering two twins. The dining area features seating for your entire family.
The Wild Dunes Links Golf Course is located very close to Pure Joy. It is an easy walk to the first tee box, the Links Proshop and the brand new restaurant, Huey’s Southern Eats. Wild Dunes Resort offers so much more than the Links, such as miles of bike trials, six restaurants, a day spa and the Harbor Golf Course. When you are ready to visit Historic Charleston for a tour or dinner, you will find the drive a breeze and only 35 minutes away.
