We had a great experience! The location was perfect...short walk to the beach, the town home was very clean, the pool was clean and refreshing, and the beds were comfy! We will definitely plan on coming back!

Perfect!
This town home was perfect. My husband and I stayed here over Labor Day weekend with our two children ages 7 and 9 years old. The condo was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of room for us plus some. We really loved the clean pool and the close proximity to the beach. The beach was beautiful and we also took advantage of the bike trails and rode to the shops one afternoon. We will definitely rent this town home again really soon!

Condo
We liked the condo, but the pool area was never cleaned. Some trash was there the first day we got there was still there when we left. Not much just that we did see it. The condo was great. Clean and had everything we needed.

loved it!!
courtside 105 is updated, spacious, and convenient to the pool. the kitchen was updated with everything you'll need to cook a meal. the bedrooms were equipped with their own bathrooms and the beds were comfortable. the wifi worked perfectly. i don't have anything bad to say about this rental! my friends and i rented bikes (a must) and were at the beach in about 7 minutes on our bikes. needless to say, i would definitely recommen

Vacation Experience
WE had a great time, the only problem was we had a 3 night stay and they only provided one washcloth per person, I would've expected at least one washcloth per day and maybe even a few extras, I guess I should've called housekeeping but I thought they would bring us more, next time if that's the case then I will call housekeeping. Otherwise, great location, convenient to Coligny Plaza and easy to get to.

Thanksgiving Review
We had a really nice stay at Courtside over Thanksgiving this year. The staff was amazingly helpful, and the stay was GREAT. We will definitely come again!!

Overall the condo was clean except the refrigerator was dirty and the kitchen had a moldy/mildew smell; the AC was completely off when we arrived so made the smell worse. Overall was comfortable and a good location, close to many things and I would recommend your company and this location. Thank you
