Hilton Head Resort is the best value on the island and this two bedroom- two bath, WiFi equipped unit is one of the nicest at Hilton Head Resort! It has just been remodeled (June 2013) and will be available for rental at the end of June. The balcony has a great view of the marsh, the golf course and the ocean!

The pool has a Tiki Bar with an adjoining grill/convenience store with WiFi internet capabilities, bike rentals and more. The food from the grill is quite good there is a full service bar inside. Beach toys and boogie boards, etc. are also available.
Our gated resort is centrally located and has 24 hour security. Enjoy our amenities which include two outdoor pools and one heated indoor pool with kiddie pool which is located at our great year round recreation center. This facility also includes a fitness center, hot tub and sauna, and an indoor track. Not in the mood for a swim or work out …Not to worry because our resort also has 6 lighted tennis courts. All amenities are available free of charge to all guests.
It is a short leisurely walk over the marsh on our private boardwalk (or you can hop on the resort's beach shuttle) that ends at Coco's On the Beach, a quaint little 'oasis'; and steps beyond that is the nicest beach you will find on Hilton Head Island. Along the way, enjoy the scenic saltwater marsh which is abundant with wildlife, including egrets, herons and crabs. You will never worry about crowds at this beach and it is truly beautiful.
Golf is just steps away with The Robert Trent Golf Course (located next to the property). This course is famous for the #10 ocean hole. The view approaching the hole is spectacular and can be viewed from our oceanfront grill, “Cocos”. This private cabana has restrooms, food and drink and is good place to take a break from the sun or wait out a brief rain shower.
Whatever you want from your vacation you can find at Hilton Head Resort.

The owner was extremely accommodating and responsive. The unit could use a deep cleaning, some updating of paint and small repairs as well as a refresh on linens, towels, utensils, and furniture. The view from the balcony is spectacular. The pool in building 1 was fantastic. We had a great time and would definitely rent from Bill again.

Great stay, great location!
Stayed here recently. The location is great and there is a nice view of the marsh and ocean. The condo itself is nicely decorated- very beachy. Condo is clean and well appointed with kitchen supplies, and a few games and books. The resort itself is showing it’s age a bit, but don’t be put off by that. Parking is easy and free, elevator is nearby, some shopping and restaurants within walking distance, too.

Off season but a great time
Unit is great but understand it is a three story walk up. There is an elevator but it is very, very far away. Worked fine for us as both of us can always use a little more effort. Not too many amenities available in March.

Beautiful view
I don't think the photos do the view on this condo justice. It had beautiful views and watching the sunrise in the morning was awesome. I was by myself for most of my time and I had a friend with me for a few days. It was quite comfortable for us.
The resort offered nice amenities.

Kyley said... The condo: PERFECT! The view was amazing (even better than the vrbo pics!). Size was spot on for our family of 4. Walk to the beach was great. The girls enjoyed the pool as well. We would definitely book your condo again if we choose a HH vacay!
