This house is located at one of three of the best beach accesses on the island. We are the closes house to the tennis courts, pools, food court and shops. Our street has one of the most popular beach access parking on the island. If you park at our street beach access parking, you will have to walk past our house to get to the beach. You can walk to the beach, pools, tennis courts and food court. We also have all the toys. Two golf carts, bikes, kayaks, bogie boards, skim boards, etc. The house has been recently totally renovated. We have it all.

About the neighborhood
We have named our house 'Another Day in Paradise' because that is where it is. Fripp is a special place. Our last guest, on their departure, texted us 'leaving paradise'. Fripp is unique with a charm all to itself.

Everything is within walking distance, pools, tennis, food court and beach.

There are too many good restaurants in the Fripp and Beaufort area to name them all. We live in Charleston and very seldom frequent their restaurants. However, we go to Fripp and Beaufort restaurants on a weekly basis. Our opinion is our restaurants are better.
