Great home on Myrtle on the sound side of the beach. It is literally a three minute walk from the beach. The house is well kept and has all of the needed amenities. It is a little older home and has not been updated in a bit but the home is very, very good. The appliances all work , the TV has plenty of channels. The wifi is excellent. AC blows cold. Nice shower outside so that you don't have to take sand upstairs. Washer and dryer in the carport in a locked back room. The rooms are very nice and comfortable. Our 25 lb Cockapoo was very happy with the home and the deck and the two staircases. It does have a beautiful deck out front. The home is well insulated so it stays cool with the ac on and the trees and plants nearby give it a good amount of shade. The deck does have hot spots but you can always find a shady spot if you want to sit outside. Carport will hold two cars. the driveway more. This house is on the quiet end of Myrtle. an occasional Golf cart or car is all you will see. It is very close to the beautiful bike path also. The beaches especially at low tide are so much fun and its not a crowded place in August especially during the week. Edisto realtiy does a great job always taking care of us (sixth trip to Edisto) and they did again this year. I had a small issue with the apartment we rented and they moved us over to the "Sandpiper" for a small upgrade fee and took really good care of us. Thank you Haley for all of your work and effort in making our stay excellent.
