Also the upstairs media/entertainment area is designed for kids and adults alike with large flat screen TV/DVD, and game table. There are 4 bedrooms on the 2nd floor 2 rooms with Kings, 1 room with a queen and the bunk room. The bunk room has 4 built in single bunks - great for kids.
'Carolina Breeze' features state-of-the-art media with extra large flat screen TVs in living areas, flat screen TVs in every bedroom, wireless internet throughout the house, and high quality home sound systems. Whole house R/O system, elevator to all three floors, two outdoor showers, downstairs bar/grilling area, and grill. Beautifully decorated for family fun. Please remember No Smoking. No Pets. Very clean and extremely accessible! Rooms are wonderful and Ocean view is fantastic from the bedrooms, upstairs family area, kitchen, porches and basically, everywhere.
Suited our needs and plenty of room, very well situated for groups and for private space, at same time.
Only improvement I would appreciate is for the linens and towels to be included in the pricing and the service.
I would definitely rent this facility in the future and our guests wanted to rent it for their family reunions.

Perfect place to get married
We rented this house for our family and were married on the beach and had a wonderful sit down dinner on the back lawn. The house was prefect for all of us. Most of the rooms have their own bath with is essential when your staying a week with 12 adults and 3 kids!! I do agree with the other review that the linens were a bit worn and the patio furniture was in sad shape. Overall, everything was amazing and i couldn't have asked for a better place to get married.

Lovely house - needs some attention.......
As one of the more expensive rentals on Edisto Beach I expected near perfection. Things that need attention:
The kitchen drawers/cabinets need cleaning and organization.
The main floor furniture has multiple stains and needs professionally cleaned as well.
The washer needs replaced.
The pillows need replaced.
The bedspreads need to be professionally cleaned.
The shower curtain in the upstairs bed/bath is way too long, and as a result is soaked when showering, thus nasty & mildewy. A plastic inside curtain would work to alleviate this problem as well.
Other than cleanliness and being a bit worn, the location and layout of this property is grand!!
