We are currently staying in "Sea Watcher." It is an older home and shows some signs of wear but it has a new deck and a new paint job. It is comfortable and solid with plenty of space for the seven of us with our two dogs.
The HUGE thing that was overlooked during the remodel was WINDOW COVERINGS in the seaside sun room area. It makes the local 10 pm lights-out ordinance impossible to follow. Either you turn off all the lights in the evenings or you pollute the beach with light -- confusing/scaring off nesting/hatching loggerhead turtles.
Called the rental agency 2 days ago, with no response.

Safety issue
This beach front property has an amazing view,awesome open plan living and huge deck. But the deck is a death trap. I'm sure the railing around the deck was removed from a barbie dream house, its plastic! But not only is it plastic it is broken and detatched in numerous places. DO NOT lean on it... DO NOT touch it!! Now lets talk about the floor of the deck! There is a 2 inch difference right in the middle of the deck! So basically a trip hazzard almost the entire length of the deck. Oh and the handrail on the steps that are on the ocean side is completely broken at the bottom. It was repaired during our stay, we still didnt feel it was safe to use. The front room with the amazing view, the floor is uneven and the metal finishing strip was apart and bent up creating not only a tripping issue, the metal was sharp! I'm leaving this review because I'm afraid the next guest will not realize and someone will get hurt. My 6 year old granddaughter and my 79 year old mother with dementia were on vaca with me and I spent the week keeping them safe. Not the way I wanted to spend my vacation.
