Welcome to our spacious 4-bedroom, 1.5-bath home, featuring two separate living areas. Step into the welcoming living room, complete with a comfortable couch and a convenient workspace desk. Just off to the side is the shared whole bathroom with a shower and tub, accompanied by bedroom 1 furnished with a queen-size bed. Bedroom 2 offers a king-size bed, bedroom 3 features a full-size bed, and the fourth bedroom has two twin beds.
The full kitchen provides ample space for meal preparation. Adjacent to the kitchen is an additional seating area, boasting a 70" Roku TV ready for streaming your favorite subscribed services. This living area also includes a queen sleeper sofa and two additional chairs for extra comfort.
Step out to the screened-in back porch, where you'll find a dining table and a BBQ, providing a perfect setting for outdoor gatherings. The porch grants access to the yard area, complete with an additional picnic table.
