This is a three-bedroom, three-full bath home on a barrier island 12 miles from Charleston. It is adjacent to the Intracoastal Waterway and has an extraordinary view of it and adjoining marshes.
The home is very nicely furnished and has a porch, two decks, and a concrete sitting and parking area at the first floor level (the home is on stilts with the living space on the second and third floors). The kitchen, living room, dining room stretch across the entire second floor and are not divided by walls. The kitchen appliances and washer/dryer are modern and the floors are all heart of pine. 4 TVs: 2 large, 55 and 46 inch and 2 standard, 27 and 32 inch). separate 4-burner, stainless steel gas grill and charcoal grill.
