The “Lord’s House” is beautifully and tastefully decorated and offers a peaceful environment. It's a place of rest, relaxation, restoration and refuge. There are 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms in the home. The 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms are located upstairs and newly furnished with 2 queen beds and 2 twin beds. The master bedroom is adorned by a three tiered tray ceiling above the Roman columned bed. The master bedroom bathroom has a garden tub, a double sink vanity and an enclosed water closet. The second bedroom is large and includes an alcove sitting area, which has flat panel TV. A second upstairs bathroom is shared by the second and third bedrooms. Downstairs boasts a fully equipped kitchen with new granite countertops and a breakfast nook and table.

Interaction with guests: We are available by phone, text or email 24hrs per day. We do not live on-site, but we live in the Charleston area and can respond quickly to any of your needs. Also, there are security cameras installed at front, back and garage doors. The security cameras are installed to insure your stay is safe and comfortable.
Tandra, the host, was excellent. She provided complete information and was always available when l called. It was probably the most well equipped rental we have stayed in. They even went to the added trouble of putting Christmas decorations. The house was very nice. I would caution that if you plan to stay at this house all bedrooms are up some fairy steep stairs. Not treacherous but something to be aware of.
If l were to add anything it would be some menus of local recommended restaurants. In other places we have stayed this was very helpful.

Exceeded Expectations
Having lived in Charleston a while back I knew exactly where this home was located. As expected it was in a lovely private neighborhood on a quiet street with very little through traffic. Of note: it is not super close to the beach or downtown but it is very close to I-26 which will take you there in 20-30 minutes. The house was worth the distance!
We stayed with four teenagers, everyone had very comfortable accommodations, the laundry was easy to use, well stocked and used often during our visit. The bathrooms and kitchen were very well appointed as well.
The master bedroom is absolutely beautiful and so is the master bath. I felt like I was staying in a luxury hotel.
The backyard was very pretty and accommodating, but not private. With that said, we did not see neighbors in the backyard at all so it was not an issue.
The main floor is beautiful, stocked with games and books and plenty of seating. Overall this is a beautiful property for a family vacation.
Second note: the floors are stained cement with a poly finish ... be very careful with wet flip flops.

Beautiful Home
This house is in a great neighborhood that's very peaceful. The home is decorated so beautifully. Plenty of space. Near the main road which has shopping and restaurants. Will come back to stay again!

Our family had a wonderful time at this place.
House was everything we had seen online. Clean, well-furnished, and the location was easily accessible.
Quiet neighborhood. We went for a couple of evening walks and encountered friendly neighbors.
Would definitely recommend this house.

Beautiful home, convenient location
I'll admit I'm a little biased, this house is right down the street from my childhood home. With that said, the location is very convenient: less than 5 minutes from the mall, entertainment, restaurants, grocery stores and I-26 access, 20 minutes from downtown and only 30 minutes from Isle of Palms and Folly Beach. We were very pleased with the home itself, it is beautifully decorated and very hospitable. The keypad entry on the front door meant we were able to just drive up and access the home as if it were our own. The house was immaculate and very nicely accommodated with towels, robes, laundry facilities and even a grill and table with umbrella out back. We will definitely book this home away from home again for a future stay.

The Lord's House was a blessing!
As college classmates (now active seniors) we spent a week at the Lord's House and toured Charleston and even down to Savannah. The house had absolutely everything you could possibly want, from hair dryers to Keurig to TVs in every room. Comfortable beds, crisp linens, white WHITE towels, basic spices, sparkling wine glasses and lovely welcoming décor. It was a quick and easy trip into downtown. The Lord's House is in a lovely well maintained quiet neighborhood and we felt right at home!

Perfect friends hang-out palace
The Lord House is truly a gorgeous home located at a quiet and safe neighborhood. It's 15min drive to Middleton Plantation, 20min drive to Downtown and 30min drive to Sullivan Beach, 35min to Folly Beach.
The house have a fairly comprehensive kitchen supply if you want to cook something. Chance allows, we'll definitely come back again

Sisters' Trip
This house was truly a blessing to us, and was our home away from home. The comfort, cleanliness and decor outshines any other property I've experienced. We are grateful for the opportunity to experience Charleston, SC while staying at The Lord's House.

This elegant retreat is just 15/20 minutes away from downtown Charleston and area beaches. The home is located in Hanahan, which is nestled between Summerville, Goose Creek and North Charleston and only 5 minutes from each city.
