It is also an easy commute to Boeing or a jaunt across the peninsula to Charleston Law. On top off all of that, you are just a short drive from five beaches, seven marinas, and more golf courses that I can recall.

• The unit is NON-SMOKING. Smokers will smoke outside and dispose of butts properly. There is a $500 cleaning charge if the unit is smoked in.
• Bikes must be stored inside or in the courtyard. For security, it is advised to store bikes in the unit. Landlord is not responsible for stolen bikes, tenant is responsible if there is damage to the walls.

Exudes Charleston Charm and walking distance away to everything
If you ever need a place to stay for 2-4 guests in downtown Charleston, this is the place. This quaint little townhome exudes Charleston Charm and is decorated to perfection. It is right across the street from Colonial Lake in a cute, safe area of town with sidewalks along gorgeous homes and the harbor. You are right around the corner from shopping & restaurants. Highly recommend.

Fabulous!
Can't say enough about this gorgeous, cozy, well-appointed Charleston gem! Everything we needed and more. The beds were so comfortable and we were just across the street for an adorable park for walking and a little body of water. Will definitely look forward to another stay!
