House Rental
Our Cottage has A/C, granite kitchen, private yard and an outdoor shower. The bottom floor and living room have a pull out couch and can be used as a fourth bedroom. Fire pit in back yard. Very close to several local beaches, playgrounds, tennis, basketball courts, restaurants, shopping, kayaking fishing and nature walks. Close to Narragansett and Block Island Ferry and other attractions.

Crawl space and shed are not for guest use. Please respect neighbors with noise level. Trash bins should be placed on road Tuesday nights for Wednesday morning pick up. Paper products only in recycling bin.

Lovely cottage
The cottage was lovely, clean with all the amenities.
Lisa was amazing. She wrote a welcome letter that was very helpful.
It was quiet and cozy.

Well equipped & clean home.
Lisa was very responsive any time I had a question. The set up of the home was very comfortable, roomy & clean. The beach was a quick ride by car.
