The Cottage chimney is an exact replica of one we admired on a house in Colonial Williamsburg.

The Tavern Room provides extra sleeping space for two guests with a twin bed and slide-out trundle.
If you bring your laptop, you can set it up on the project table in the Tavern Room.
You can make simple meals in the bright and cheery kitchen.
The breakfast table set with Spode Queen's Bird china and croissants from C'est La Vie in New Hope.
An ancient ash tree shades the Cottage and provides wonderful fall color.
Feel free to move a comfortable chair into the front hall and enjoy the river view from there.
Bring your bikes (or rent them when you get here) and ride into town on the Delaware Canal Towpath.
Watch the birds or enjoy a pretty sunset from the English garden bench in the back yard.
During the summer months, enjoy a late afternoon snack at the Cottage's bistro table.

We spent a week in August at the cottage for our yearly family vacation this year -- the first time my husband and I had traveled alone with our almost-2-year-old twins. It was simply wonderful! The cottage was adorable and we were able to fit our family in quite well for the week -- not much more expensive than a decent hotel room, but multiple rooms such that the kids could go to bed in...

We spend amazing vacation in this cottage. Every single detail worked perfect- starting with a warm welcome from the owners, little gifts for our kids and beautiful card inviting us to feel like home. The place has all accessories to do so- you can cook your own meals, there is a dishwasher so it's easier to clean after. You can do your laundry which can be a big thing with kids and after visiting Sesame...

We stayed for a week, while visiting family. The cottage was perfect for our needs. With a private bedroom, a separate sitting room, a full bath, a small, yet functional kitchen and an office/extra bed space, there was plenty of room to spread out. I feel the cottage would work well for a couple or a couple with a child. Every aspect of the property was exactly as described. The location has a nice view...
