The house can accommodate two families traveling together and features two full living areas and three bedrooms with plenty of room for everyone. In addition to an open concept living/dining room on the first floor, there is a finished basement for the kids (or big kids). The entire summer schedule will be posted here as soon as it is available. The pool is a 2 minute drive from the property. The pool temperature is set to 82 degrees. Proper swimwear attire is required. Babies and untrained toddlers must wear swim diapers. The pool will close or be suspended during inclement weather. The pool will close with temperatures 65 degrees or lower. House Rules -No smoking -No pets -No parties or events You must also acknowledge -Must climb stairs - There are 3 stairs to get into the house. No stairs required if staying in a first floor bedroom and living areas. -Surveillance or recording devices on property - The house has a Ring Doorbell for outside surveillance only. Additional Rules -There is a maximum of 8 guests allowed. This townhouse is part of a family community with 24/7 security and there are specific requirements that need to be met by each rental. -Due to the mountain wildlife, it is against community regulations and local law to leave garbage outside on the porch. This can be met with heavy fines. -Garbage needs to be disposed of in the community dumpster. There will be a removal fee for garbage left inside the property following your stay. The dumpster is located on Camelback Rd, next to overflow parking, across the street from community center. -Primary Renter must meet the 25+age requirement. The community office will need a list of all adult names and the license plates of any vehicles. -Dirty dishes need to be cleaned by guests before check-out. If they are dishwasher safe, you load and start the dishwasher and leave in there. If they are not dishwasher safe (the knives in the block are not), please wash them and leave on the drying mat. -Must be respectful of neighbors and abide by all community rules. -2 cars can be parked at the house, all other cars can be parked in overflow parking. -No fireworks of any kind (including sparklers) allowed. This can also be met with heavy fines. -All dirty towels should be left in the laundry room upon check-out.

Our place is located in Tannersville, Pennsylvania, United States. When you're not dining at the house, be sure to enjoy a meal at one of the local eateries nearby. Some highly-rated restaurants are Zack's Taco Shack, Barley Creek Brewing Company, Berrelli's Family Style Italian, Hickory Valley Farm Restaurant, Mi Casa Restaurant, and the Frogtown Chophouse. The house is located less than a mile from the base of the Camelback Mountain Resort inside the Northridge At Camelback community. There are a handful of different trails on the mountain, and the instructors are incredibly knowledgeable. The resort also offers an arcade, snow tubing, skating rink, a full water park, outdoor adventure park, and a ski and snowboard
