This entire cabin has log siding on the outside and Rough Cut Pine wood in the inside. This entire cabin has log siding on the outside and Rough Cut Pine wood in the inside. The front porch has posts used from the trunks of hemlock trees found and picked from the property. The property is lined with paths made out of endless rows of fieldstone taken from the earth of the premises. Enjoy a campfire while you pick a seat or couch made out of stones that are so large that you can lie down and relax on them.
As you enter this cabin that was originally build from the surrounding trees in the 1940s, you will be able to enjoy the woods and wilderness from the view of 12 large crank open windows. Have a seat at the kitchen breakfast nook, because you will have a great chance of seeing turkeys, which arrive daily and usually with their babies. In the woods, we placed a feeder filled with corn, so this enables you to watch the deer and of course the squirrels feed on the corn and entertain you. When nighttime arrives there is a spotlight out in the woods that shines down on the feeder. This spotlight gets turned on and off just by a switch inside the cabin. It is so exiting to watch the deer and the wildlife in their natural habitat at night!

Perfect Getaway Cabin! Very Clean and all amenities were provided. We loved the peaceful scenery and the hot tub was a great extra bonus to this Cabin. We plan to visit again!

This cabin is gorgeous and the area is amazing! We loved the peace and quiet. :)
The pond is awesome - we saw a few bull frogs and fish of course. I had a lovely time listening to and watching the birds; we saw a few indigo buntings at the feeder which was an absolute treat for me! The first night we also saw a doe walking around the cabin!
We had a great time and it was SO relaxing.
Ed and Eileen are great owners and made our trip great.
We thank them very much for the excellent experience and customer service! :)
I highly recommend this cabin for anyone who is looking for a perfect get away!

My boyfriend and I enjoyed a wonderful weekend at Eileen and Ed’s cabin. Our weather was beautiful along with everything at the cabin. It was hunting season so unfortunately we only got to see 2 deer. The evenings cooled off enough to enjoy the fireplace and the couch pulled out into a bed where we could enjoy the fireplace and watch TV. Each morning, afternoon and early evening we enjoyed the hot tub as well. Thank you for opening up your cabin to Terry and I. We had a wonderful time.

What an amazing hidden gem!!! The owners Ed and Eileen were an absolute pleasure to work with. It is away from the world and is secluded but that's is what we loved about it. Everything in the house was described perfectly. So quiet and the nature around you is paradise. There is even a little stream running through the back. It was perfect for me and the hubby - an escape from our reality. Will definitely call them to rent other cabins too!!

Great Time at a Great House
My wife and I had a great time at this house. It was only the two of us and our dog but the house could accommodate many more! The hot tub was awesome and just what we were looking for on an October weekend. The kitchen was huge and the fireplace was great. We really enjoyed ourselves here!

Perfect Little get away
The owners were very friendly and easy to work with. The cabin and the grounds outside were very clean and well kept. It was a perfect little get away and I am looking forward to staying there again in the future.
