The owner has terrible communication skills. Avoid
not recommend dealing with this owner-very irresponsible.Accepts booking, within hour of placing the order, charges credit cards, ignores questions for 20 + hours. When finally replies saying that booking cannot be honored because it was already booked but at the same time answers questions about stay. Ignores for hours my question to clarify whether the booking is valid or not to the point I missed cancellation deadline. Still ignores messages, calls, and sms. I had to call Customer service and spend 30 minutes to resolve the issue. Customer service had to manually cancel the booking.
