Ayindi is a beautiful, brand new, 4 bedroom architecturally designed beach house located right above Clarkes Beach and The Pass, Byron’s world renowned surfing and swimming beach. Ayindi boasts outstanding 270 degree east, north and west views over Byron Bay, the northern coastline, the western hinterland and Arakwal National Park right around to Cape Byron Lighthouse
Ayindi’s accommodation includes 2 large open plan living rooms, designer kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 2 with ensuites, family bathroom and plunge pool. Well furnished with interesting and unique artworks. Ayindi was conceived to maximise views, space and light to create the perfect, luxury beachside holiday retreat.
The beds in all rooms can either be king or split into singles.

A Perfect Christmas 2024
We stayed for a week over Christmas 2024 and the house was fantastic. The design and layout is 5 star perfect, we couldn't fault anything. So much care has been taken with all the small things to make this such a remarkable home away from home. The view from the deck next to the living room was gorgeous looking out over all over the bay, we enjoyed watching sunsets while we ate BBQ dinners. The path out the back leading down to the The Pass beach was so easy, and we even spotted koalas from the path on 3 of our morning walks down! Would absolutely recommend this gorgeous house to anyone, and we would love to get back again one day soon.

Perfection
Ayindi feels like home. Everything in the house is well considered and catered for. We cannot wait to come back. My only complaint is that we were unable to stay longer.

The Ultimate byron location!
Walk to beach, walk to town! You couldn't get a better location in Byron Bay! We loved Ayindi - so much so we will be returning each and every year!

BEST BYRON BEACH HOUSE
I had high expectations and they were exceeded! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Ayindi beach house in Byron. We were there with our children and grandchildren and the layout suited us perfectly. The house is situated just minutes from The Pass beach, a 20 minute walk to the town centre and its cafe, bars and restaurants and a 20 minute hike to the Lighthouse. It was the perfect location for our family to enjoy all that Byron has to offer. The house itself was spotless with lots of extras in the kitchen, laundry and bathrooms to make our stay even more enjoyable. We had a fabulous stay and would love to come back!

Loved Every Moment!
We absolutely loved our time at Ayindi! It is a fabulous house in the perfect location, we really couldn’t have asked for more. Everything has been considered, the house is well equipped with everything you could need or think of, all perfectly laid out and labeled. It is beautifully furnished and luxurious, I couldn’t fault anything. We will be back!

Amazing luxury beach hous
The location is perfect - very easy walk to The Pass, Wategos & Top Shop! This is a great family or 4 couple house. Views are incredible, the attention to detail is fantastic. The owner was incredibly helpful and accommodating. Couldn't have asked for more. Will definitely stay again.

Fabulous !!!!!!
We recently stayed at Ayindi in Byron Bay.
The accommodation & location were both spectacular, a beautiful house with amazing views. The house was fully fitted out with everything you could possibly need.
The owner and staff went out of their way to make sure our stay was memorable. We will be back ASAP !!!

A brilliantly located home, beautifully decorated and exceptionally well stocked.
This is an outstanding place to stay in Byron Bay. We also rented the house next door as we are a family of 18 all there for our daughter's wedding.
We had the 5 bridesmaids gather at this beautiful home which made a wonderful backdrop for the professional photos taken all day until we left for the ceremony.
There is plenty of good quality crockery, wine glasses and every appliance you could dream of, including a steamer for the wedding dress, a lettuce washer and a top quality coffee machine..
The Pass beach is extremely close and the Pass cafe is close enough to enjoy breakfast, lunch and afternoon drinks!!
Truly an outstanding venue.

This house certainly had all the WOW factors that made our weekend so memorable
The attention to detail in the amenities and interior and equipment made it so we never wanted to leave....in fact, we didn't!! The perfect layout of the kitchen with the deck and its captivating view was the perfect setting for long lazy lunches. The bedrooms were so comfortable and quite and cool. A perfect 15 min stroll to the town along the beach or pathways meant we never had to take our car out and deal with the Byron Bay traffic or parking hassles. Lucy was the perfect host and supplied all the information about Byron we needed for a perfect weekend. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful home - incredible spot in Byron
When we thought we couldn’t love Byron anymore we came across Ayindi. A fantastic holiday home for two families with children . Beautiful fit out, great little pool and lawn area for kids and incredible view. Thank you so much for the personal service as well :) we will be back
