Downstairs Bedroom one - Twin full size single bunk beds and a full size single bed with a door to the rear of the property. There is also a large built-in wardrobe and a bedside table with a lamp.

Bedroom 2 - Double bedroom with double bed, wardrobe and storage, window overlooking the park.
Bedroom 3 - This room has a double bed with a wardrobe for storage space and is overlooking the countryside to the back of the park.
Bedroom 4 - This room has two full size single beds with ample storage space and is overlooking the park.
Shower room - with shower cubicle, toilet and basin making this property ideal for those larger families.

The Location
The property is located on the Tolroy Manor Holiday Park on the southern edge of Hayle. About a mile from Hayle beach and its three miles of golden sands. The park is just a short drive to Hayle town, with both St Ives and Penzance nearby. Ideally situated to access all of west Cornwall's attractions.

Hayle itself is around 1 miles away, with its harbour, shops, restaurants and cafes. The beaches are accessible from Hayle, with parking at Harvey's Towans just beyond North Quay. Riviere Towans, Phillack Towans & Mexico Towans are all close by.
At Tolroy Manor you are a short drive from many well known places such as St. Ives, Penzance and Lands End. Many visitors enjoy not only the beautiful countryside and beaches but the picturesque fishing villages and historic sites West Cornwall has to offer.
For ocean enthusiasts, Hayle is a popular destination for surfers, kite surfers, paddle boarders and kayakers alike with great conditions for various watersports along St. Ives Bay.
For walkers, Hayle is located on a beautiful stretch of the South West Coastal path which runs from Hayle estuary all the way to Godrevy along the beach and dunes.
