The apartment was great for us and our two kids (both under 4). It was very safe and private and we could relax without worrying about them injuring themselves or breaking anything. They could even reach the toilet and taps in the bathroom! Hot tub was very good as well and what a great view from the deck! Thoroughly recommend it. And 10 mins to the beach! Simon was great as we needed to cut our trip short on late notice due to a family emergency and he gave us a refund for the last two nights which was greatly appreciated.

A lovely modern and well furnished cottage. Enjoyed the views, balcony and especially - the Jacuzzi. Gracious hosts, cannot wait to go again.

Such an amazing spot to stay in beautiful St Agnes.Apartment is spacious, clean and equipped to a high standard. The porch is a great spot for breakfast and entertaining with a lovely jacuzzi! The location is perfect, a minute away from bars and restaurants and 5 mins from the beautiful beach. Simon the host was very accommodating and on hand for any issues or questions. Definitely coming back!

I can never get enough of this place. Seriously best place to be if you want to relax and a bit of privacy. I always come and stay here if I have any occasion coming up with my London friends. I almost don't want to give away how great this place is, we had such a lovely stay I want to be able to return! The lodge is a two bed, open plan kitchen/diner/living and a bathroom with shower over the bath. One bedroom is a double, the other is a twin. Outside is a large South West facing deck and a hot tub. We visited as a couple and had plenty of space. Everything inside was clean and modern. The location is perfect. The lodge itself is accessed by a short, but very steep, path, but once you are at the top it's totally secluded and private. (but maybe not great for people with mobility issues). St Agnes has several good pubs/restaurants and a small beach. We didn't really need to leave St Agnes to find something to eat. Getting around was easy, pretty much all of Cornwall was within an hour drive so it's a great place to stay as a base for exploring. Overall, absolutely lovely and I hope we can return sometime. Thank you!

We had a fantastic time. Chey Mena was lovely and private and in a great location to go and explore the rest of Cornwall. We can’t wait to book again.

We booked chy mena for my partners birthday weekend and we were more than happy! We arrived to a modern, cosy lodge with colour changing lighting and the most amazing jacuzzi.. The lodge is set up in the hills and provides peace, quiet and amazing views. Just a short walk away from the beach and local village of St agnes it is the ideal intimate get way for couples and families. Thank you so much we will defiantly be returning! 10/10!

Fab secluded modern accommodation, perfect location for the fab restaurants in St Agnes and also the beach. The steep hill up to Chy Mena is not for the faint hearted, but kept our calves and glutes trim for sure! Simon, the owner, couldn’t have been more helpful. A great week in Cornwall.

Not for wheelchair users or the less able bodied. Just about manageable for the grossly unfit like myself. It is set up a steep slopped driveway and then up a path that was also quite steep and very slippery whilst we were there. However, that being said it is a beautiful lodge with good view out from the very welcome hot tub. The lodge itself is a goody size. Nice practical kitchen area, good bedrooms with comfy beds and an excellent bathroom. A great place to be based for trips out from south Bodmin all the way down to Lands End.

Just stayed in Chy Mena over the bank holiday weekend to celebrate friends birthday. The lodge is beautiful and well equipped. The huge and powerful hot tub is a bonus to this. It has got a large patio to enjoy the bbq. I can't wait to return !! Thank you Si for your hospitality. We loved the lodge so much.
