Lemon Cottage (Friday changeover) is part of the Lambriggan Court estate and is a wonderfully peaceful and relaxing retreat. Our cottages are appointed to a luxurious standard and our guests tell us that they feel instantly at home here. If the cottage is booked for the dates you require, try searching for one of our other beautiful cottages: Lambriggan Piran, Lambriggan Wallis, Lambriggan Tonkin or Lambriggan Heron. Lemon Cottage has its own private garden with beautiful views across the valley. It is what we would describe as a studio cottage in that it has a large bedroom/living room, a spacious en-suite bath and shower room and a separate kitchen dining room (also with lovely views). Our grounds extend to around 8 acres and there are many beautiful spots to relax, perhaps watching the moorhens on one of our lakes, swinging in a hammock on a sunny lawn, spending time with our chickens as they go about their business or enjoying an aperitif in the evening sun that catches the courtyard garden. There is a choice of gorgeous beaches just a few minutes drive from Lambriggan Court. Perranporth has 3 miles of wide, golden sand while picturesque Trevaunance Cove has stunning views. We take our environmental responsibilities seriously. Our water is from our own borehole (with state of the art filtration processes). We also provide recycling facilities.More

About the neighborhood
Lambriggan Court occupies a peaceful rural location around 2 miles from each of St Agnes and Perranporth. St Agnes is an authentic and charming village with a tin mining and fishing heritage. It has a lovely beach at Trevaunance Cove surrounded by high cliffs which give it shelter from prevailing winds. It also has a good range of traditional pubs, shops and galleries. Perranporth boasts a 3 mile stretch of wide, golden sandy beach. It is a great surfing beach and the surf culture is a real presence here with numerous surf shops lining the main street. There is also The Watering Hole, England's only pub that is situated right on the beach. It is a great place to have a drink and watch the beautiful sunsets that Perranporth often gets, facing almost due West. Perranporth also has a good r...
How to get there
Flights are available from London to Newquay (approx 30 mins away). Mainline trains arrive at Truro (approx 15 mins away). We are easily accessible from the A30. Detailed directions are available on our website. Lambriggan Court is ideally situated to explore Cornwall. Most of the major attractions are within approximately 30 minutes by car. We are only about 2 miles from the coast and the beautiful beaches of Trevaunance Cove and Perranporth are just a few minutes drive away.
