You’ll love Wrens Nook. It''s a luxury Grade 2 listed Tin Miners Cottage, built in the 1700's and sympathetically renovated to maintain its old world charm. Idyllically situated along a Cornish Lane, it's only accessible by foot or a very small car. Wrens Nook is good for couples and families with children. It's a mile walk to a lovely beach, which is safe for kids and has brilliant rock pooling, swimming and surfing. There's also easy access to the coastal path. Guests park at the end of a gorgeous country lane and take in the far reaching views. As you walk toward Wrens Nook the lane twists and turns along an ancient track. Interaction with guests
Our Housekeeper, Natalie, will meet and greet you on Goonown Lane, near the turning for Tennis Club (TR5 0UX) and walk you down the narrow, winding lane to Wrens Nook. The lane is too narrow for all but small cars. She will show you around the house and answer any questions that you may have. You will need to contact her the day before to agree arrival time and then ring her ONE HOUR BEFORE you get to the end of the lane. Please ensure the bollards are up at all times if you have not parked a car on the very small driveway

About the neighborhood
The area is rural/coastal Cornwall with quiet lanes leading down to Trevaunance Cove. You can join the coastal path here for a brisk walk toward Perranporth to the other way toward Chapel Porth. Another wonderful walk is from the cottage up to the Beaacon and then down toward Trevaunance Cove stopping at the Driftwood for a pint of their home brew. National Trust Houses abound. Our favourite is Trerice. St Agnes has plenty of village shops and Truro is a wonderful City for shopping - and visit the cathedral as it is stunning.
Getting around
Leave you car at the end of the lane and enjoy walking to the beach, pubs and restaurants.
