This terrific, family farmhouse with games room in St Ive, is pet friendly and can sleep fourteen people in six bedrooms.Haye Barton Farm is a huge, detached, completely private, south-facing farmhouse on three levels, looking over 115 acres of farmland and bluebell woods which are all yours to roam and explore with care; there is a river. This is a great central spot from which to explore the county, but once here you might not want to leave! This is a terrific family house offering freedom for children.

Region: Cornwall's visitors are constantly tempted back to the beautiful coastline, tiny fishing villages, hidden coves and the world-class surfing. Whatever the reason, Cornwall has long cemented its place as one of Britain's premier holiday destinations.
Town: Close to the southern edge of Bodmin Moor, the pretty village of St Ive is characterised by rolling green fields, stone circles, rocky tors and a labyrinth of paths winding through the countryside.
Stayed as a family of 14 had a fantastic stay, had everything we could want. The pictures don't do the house justice. Really peaceful and quiet but not far from shops in Liskeard. Clean and well furnished, a brilliant place for a holiday.

Great Stay!
Haye Barton Farm absolutely met our expectations. The house itself is very comfortable and had loads of room for our party of grown ups and grandchildren (10 of us!) and was a safe haven with lovely empty fields to wander into and play. The outdoor ameneties (table tennis/badminton and basketball) were fine and indoors, the kitchen catered for the best of cooks. WiFi was a bit weedy but who cares when you're on hols! The beds were comfy and the decor was fresh. So would we go back....... a resounding Yes!
