Spotless and cosy, our self-catering Farmhouse stands in an acre of woodland, lawns and orchard with summerhouse and children's play area.

You will receive a warm welcome from a hamper of fresh farm produce including free-range eggs and jams. And a fully equipped kitchen allowing you to make the most of these excellent ingredients and enjoy the company of friends and family.

A large, well-kept lawn garden including summerhouse and children's play area (swings and slide) make for a safe family retreat, and ideal for sports like volleyball. A short walk and you can see the family run farm and play darts, pool and table tennis in the old granary games room.

Set in the countryside the neighbourhood is peaceful with only the sounds of birds and animals. And magnificent views of the rolling hills and distant north sea on clear days.

The nearby village of Kilham (1.5 miles away) is one of those beautiful Yorkshire villages with 2 pubs, church, butcher, shop, garage and village duck pond, therefore catering for the essentials to have a lovely stay in this area.

Railway: Driffield (York40): 7.5 mi
The easiest way to find your way is approaching from Langtoft. At the bowling green in Langtoft take the side road signed up for Kilham. Drive down the road for 5min towards Kilham and you will see a road on the left going up a hill with sign 'Raven Hill Farm'. Take this road until you arrive at the holiday house about 200m before you get to the main farm.
