No smoking inside the house. Dogs allowed with prior approval ($100 fee per dog). Sorry no cats allowed. Must be able to climb stairs. At check out: -strip beds that were used and put sheets and towels in laundry bag in upstairs hallway. -put dirty dishes in dishwasher and turn on before you leave. -place the Keurig water reservoir upside down in dish rack so it dries fully. -please advise if anything has broken during your stay so we can repair or replace.
