Truly a paradise for loafing! Perfect for large families getting together! The basement was very enjoyable! Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay at Loafer's Paradise for our Christmas family gathering. There was ample room for our whole group, even when everyone was helping in the kitchen! We felt like we were in a home, not a vacation rental. We could enjoy the view of the ocean from the dining room or be on the beach in 5 minutes. While the house is in a quiet neighborhood services are minutes away. The foosball and pool tables got lots of use and are like new. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare a nice Christmas dinner. The decor is welcoming, the furniture and beds very comfortable. The host was easy to communicate with. This is a great place for a family to gather.

We spent Thanksgiving here with our grown children. This home is perfect for families, with quiet upstairs bedrooms, and a master bedroom and bath downstairs. The kitchen is well-equipped and easy to work in, with room for people to hang out and talk on stools at the counter. The living room/dining room has a cozy gas fireplace and a large dining table with plenty of room for family and guests for dinner. Plus, there's a game room in the basement with foosball and a pool table where we honed our bank shots after dinner. The home's location is wonderful, with views of the ocean, and a two-minute walk to a wonderful long beach. We walked a few miles down the beach and back every morning and loved the fresh sea air. We even jumped in the ocean one evening at sunset. At 52 degrees, the sea was brisk and refreshing! Jeff was a great host. He was very friendly and responsive, and went out of this way over the holiday to be sure we had everything we needed. We highly recommend A Loafer's Paradise!

We go to Seaside every November for their annual Fall wine walk. This year, we decided to change it up and all go in together for a big house. It was the BEST decision ever! The house is located just down from the center of town, on a quiet street with ample parking. The house is HUGE! We had exactly 12 guests - 8 couples and 4 kids. We never felt like we were in each others' space, or cramped for room. There are plenty of places to six and relax all throughout the house. All of the rooms are equally charming. The master bedroom, where we stayed, has an attached bath with a jacuzzi tub which was perfect for the kids. There are three other bedrooms, and two other baths, plus a massive downstairs with a foosball table, pool table, laundry, and daybed. Love the old laundry chute too! Also, the couch in the livingroom folds out to a bed, which was nice, because our boys didn't want to share the kids room with "the girls." The kitchen is well-equipped with everything needed to cook, bake, etc. Also, for those who like to run or walk, it's super easy to get down to the end of the Promenade from the house. When we arrived, the housekeeper was just finishing up. She was delightful and it was obvious she took pride in the home - with freshly ground coffee for our stay, wine glasses set out for us, and a bottle of wine. We could tell the house was well cared for by her, the owners, and the people who've stayed there over the years. Lots of attention to detail which isn't easy for a 3000 square foot home. I could say so much more about our stay, but I will leave by saying that our family had a wonderful experience here, and we're already planning to return next Fall, and possibly sooner. Loafer's Paradise was so cozy and had all the things we need for our group. The space was great for our group including a toddler. The rooms were good size and the house was clean with plenty of towels and blankets. The location close to downtown, the aquarium, restaurants, and the beach. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Loafers Paradise was a perfect setting for our beach trip. The house is very spacious and has a homey feel. It was a place of comfort and had all the luxuries we ever needed on our trip. I loved this house and it made the trip so much more enjoyable. the setting of the house is also super convenient and in walking distance to the beach. I would love the opportunity to be able to stay in this house again.

The seaside beach house was very nice and enjoyable! The rooms and amenities suited our group of 12 comfortably. The house had a very homey feel with plenty of sleeping and lounge space. It is in a very nice area in walking distance of many shops, restaurants, the boardwalk, and a pleasant beach. The beach near the house was quiet but beautiful and had a easy to get to walking trail from the house. Overall it was very nice, enjoyable and a great house!

This is the perfect beach house for anyone looking for a fun stay at seaside. The house is very spacious and homey. I stayed with a group of 12 and I was always very comfortable. It is great walking distance from downtown seaside and has an amazing view of the gorgeous beach. It is located in a great neighborhood and a great part of seaside. The house comes with many necessary items to have a fun trip! It included tons of movies and a wide range of games. I could go on and on about how great this beach house is!

The accommodations were inviting and spacious. Very easy to get to, right off the beach, and close to the convention center.

Love this house. Easy walks to the beach, a lot of privacy and beautifully decorated. It was great for a group stay with enough space for everyone to have congenial group time and private time. The amenities were wonderful with the rec. room and the beautiful living dining room space. The kitchen invites group cooked meals and lots of extras.
