KITCHEN A beautiful and fully equipped kitchen is located centrally in the unit. There are also cookware, dinnerware, and silverware for any home cooking. The cupboards are stocked with coffee, tea, and spices. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: There are two units home, front unit is for guests, and the back unit is reserved for residents. LOCATION AND ACCESSIBILITY 1. Very accessible location. 2. Walk to everywhere for daily activities. shop in or around Eastport Plaza Malls and 82nd Avenue 3. Short drive to Downtown Portland, PDX, Clackamas Town Center, Convention Center, OMSI. 4. Parks - Short stroll to Lents Park for walking/running or outdoor activities. (Lents park has a baseball field, turf soccer field, tennis courts, picnic areas, and playground for children. There are also areas in the park designated for off-leash dogs, and a neighborhood community garden. Lents Park is home of our Portland Pickle Baseball League.) 5. Interstates/Highways - Minutes to highways US-26 and OR-213 and interstates I-205 and I-84, primary routes to The Gorge, the Mt. Hood, or Oregon Coast. 6. Nice, clean and quiet. Owner is wonderful and we had a wonderful stay! We will definitely stay again when back in town.

This cute home is located centrally in Southeast Portland, an older neighborhood west of Lents District. It ia a multicultural and thriving residential community with many small businesses and countless eateries within walking distance. It is only 4 blocks from Eastport Plaza Shopping Center (Starbucks, Restaurants, Shops, Banks, LA fitness, Theater, Wal-Mart Supermarket, Post Office, etc.). This property is located close to many amenities that Portland has to offer to city explorers, outdoor adventures, travelers, and overseas tourists. It is only 15 minute drive to Downtown Portland and Portland International Airport The location is very accessible. It is near Portland major Interstates (I-205, I-84) and Highways (HW-213, HW-26)
Getting around
Having a car is convinient but not necessary. To get around guests can walk, bike to take private or public transportations. Taking Public Transit is easy in Portland Metro Areas. We have several Trimet Bus Lines only blocks away; and MAX Green Light Rails, Holgate MAX station and Foster MAX station are within walking distance. We are also in Car2go Zone if you choose to Rent A Car. Other type of private transportations in Portland you might be familiar with are Uber, Lyft and Taxi. Our property is also at a very accessible location near major Interstates and Highways (I-205, I-84, HW-213, HW-26) with a short drive to Columbia River, Willamette River. US HW-26 will take you to the Coasts or Mt. Hood.
