Bedrooms / Sleeping 1. Master bedroom is a large room furnished with therapeutic memory foam queen size bed, black couch, desk & chairs, nightstands & lamps. 2. The second bedroom is a medium size room. It is furnished with a queen size Cool Gel Memory Foam Bed, nightstands & lamps, desk, and chair. 3. The Third bedroom is a medium size room. It is furnished with a queen size Cool Gel Memory Foam Bed, nightstands & lamps, desk, and chair. 4. The fourth bedroom is the smaller room next to the living room. It has a large closet, shelves with books and board games. It is furnished with a queen size bed with Beauty-rest mattress, lamps, chair. Bathrooms: Two full baths. 1. The hall bathroom has a vanity, toilet, tub/shower combo, 2. The main bathroom is a combination of bathroom and laundry room. It has a sink, toilet, corner 1/4 circle shower, and washer/dryer, Iron/Iron Board, hairdryer. There are also bath accessories, and 100% fluffy Egyptian-Cotton bath towels Living Room: The living room has a lot of natural lighting from large windows. For night lights the room is nice and bright with walls lightings or accent lightings from lamps. There are 55' Samsung Flat Screen TV and a Blu-ray DVD player. Wi-fi, Internet plus TeeVee Cable are available or guests' use and entertainment. It's furnished with soft brown/beige tone microfiber couch and love seat, dark wood coffee table with glass, round end tables, and lamps. There is also a queen size Futon for additional sleeping. Kitchen / Dining This nice kitchen is fully equipped with newer stainless steel appliances (range, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave) along countertop equipment (coffee maker, toaster, blender). There are dinnerware, silverware plus cookware for any basic home cooking. The cupboards are stocked with coffee, tea, and spices. Outdoor: The dining area is opened out into a large covered patio with outdoor seating facing the flowerbeds in a private fenced-in yard. The patio is great for outdoor eating or just a place to kick back after a long day of exploring the town. A 4-burner gas grill is also available for guests' use. Parking: Two cars off-street parking right in front of the property are reserved for guests and plenty of free on-street parking.
