Shoes should not be worn in the house. There is no smoking inside or outside the property at any time. There is an additional charge for cleaning over and above the standard sanitization/house cleaning provided by our cleaning fee. If furniture and/or decorative items are moved, there is a $50/per hour charge to move it back. Please do not create noise audible outside the house after 10:00 in consideration of the guests in the lower unit, and our neighbors.

Birthday Beach Trip
